Private Guesthouse for Short Holidays

Between the town Klagenfurt and the lake Wörthersee, our home is situated in a quiet residential area 6 km from Klagenfurt center and 3km from the beautiful Wörthersee. It is also a good spot for winter holidays (ice-skating 10-15 Minutes away, Ski-Resorts 30-60 Minutes away). The distance to the Italian and Slowenian border is about 40 to 50 minutes by car, Venice and the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within 2,5 hours from here. Daytrip to Ljubljana (90km away) is also a good option!

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Willkommen bei Wohn.Zeit, Ihrer persönlichen Ruheoase im idyllischen Feldkirchen in Kärnten. Umgeben von klaren Seen und beeindruckenden Bergen finden Sie eine entspannte Auszeit vom Alltag. Die Unterkunft eröffnet Mitte Mai und wird liebevoll neu renoviert (siehe Architekten Bilder). Über einen eigenen Seiteneingang gelangen Sie direkt in Ihr privates Reich – ruhig gelegen, unmittelbar neben einem Wald. Perfekt für entspannte Spaziergänge im Grünen, zum Durchatmen und Krafttanken.

The lakeside resort is easily reachable on foot with a distance of 1 km. The house is situated directly on hiking and pilgrim routes such as the Wörthersee Rundwanderweg or the Marian pilgrimage route.

Cozy guest house

Our cozy, separate guest house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and an open living and kitchen area. Outside there is a parking space for two cars, including a carport. Ideal for quiet relaxation with all the amenities! An additional fee of €2.70 will be charged for the municipality during a stay.
