Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung erwartet euch im schönen Teil von Unterfranken. Die renovierte Wohnung ist sehr hell und stilvoll möbliert. Charmante Kombination aus ruhige Lage und nahen Zielen wie Kloster, Wein und Stadt. Leider ist die Wohnung NICHT für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Auf der einen Seite liegt der Main, erreichbar in ein paar Gehminuten. Genauso schnell ist man in den Weinbergen, auf welche man einen tollen Blick von der Wohnung aus hat (2. Stock). Außerdem gibt es in Dettelbach einen Badesee, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & eine historische Altstadt. Nach Würzburg oder Volkach (an der Mainschleife) braucht man mit dem Auto nur ca. 15 min.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
