We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Outside, there are sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue and a fire pit. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, both for the active and those seeking respite in nature.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a former farm from 1887 with an area of about 40 m2. Guests have at their disposal a separate bedroom with two beds, a kitchen with a hob, a fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a set of dishes for preparing meals. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
