The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

The bright apartment offers a bedroom with a large box spring bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small, well-kept garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Please note that no meals are included when booking this place. Looking forward to seeing nice, open people! Our apartment is a NON-SMOKING HOUSEHOLD.
