Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. This charming accommodation is located in a beautiful spot on the water with views of the historic ramparts. Enjoy your terrace on the water and the beautiful views over the polder. Our cottage is close to the historic town of Willemstad and about 20 minutes' drive from the always cozy Breda. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle (no stove). Our cottage is not suitable for the disabled and babies/children.
