We only stayed for a night in transit from Virginia to Middle Tennessee. It was a pleasant place to stay, more peaceful than a hotel. The apartment was comfortable. Our daughter particularly enjoyed the loft bed.

Dina’s place was really great! I was lucky to have found it. Could easily see myself staying there again.

Lemuel manages multiple locations. He actually recommended a better location for us after our initial booking that was very reasonably priced.

this place was the perfect private peaceful getaway! it was far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to still go out and do all the fun things. the house itself was the perfect mix of modern and nostalgic. our bed was vertly comfortable

Captain David’s was an amazing place to stay while visiting Maryville before moving here! Super clean, excellent recommendations from Captain David himself and wonderfully located! If fishing is your thing this is the place for you!! Will be recommending to family and friends in the future!!

Great place to stay in Knoxville. Caleb was very kind and excellent to communicate with. Cozy is an accurate description for this apartment, you feel relaxed and welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The space itself really felt bigger than the pictures to me as the living room and kitchen are well decorated with books and historical artwork from the Knoxville area. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area

I needed a few days to decompress and this was perfect. Quiet, gorgeous surroundings and close to everything.

Beautiful home in a quite garden setting. They responded quickly when we checked in with a question. Everything you need to be comfortable in your home away from home.

This was SUCH a wonderful place to stay! My friends who live in Knoxville said it was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Traveling by myself, that's something I sometimes worry about, but I felt completely safe. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Some airbnbs feel like the host probably just bought some stuff to make the space because they had to, but this one truly felt like they did not skimp out on anything. The bed was very comfortable and the black-out curtains meant I got amazing sleep. The shower was a luxury, too--great water pressure! It was all set up very thoughtfully. I thought it was cute that they had a bin for dirty dishes in case you wanted to use any of the dishes in the cabinet. I would highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for my family to stay! It was nice and spacious and the kids had plenty to do. Julie was a wonderful host and I loved getting to know her. Very peaceful place. Definitely keeping it at the top of my list to come back to stay.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Superb views of the lake and rowing, great walking and biking trails, and a comfortable home-base to come back to from every adventure. We stayed for the ACRA Regatta, the National collegiate rowing championship, and were able to eliminate the hassle org paying for or finding parking and simply walk (or bike!) to the regatta. Dawn is a responsive hostess who was helpful and accommodating - I couldn’t ask for more from her and Bruce.

Lorraine’s Airbnb was better than the pictures! The creativeness in every corner was so lovely, and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful snacks, drinks, toiletries available in the house. The hot tub was a highlight for us, and we wish we had longer to enjoy the space.

The private studio was all the space we needed. After a long trip that wasn’t yet finished we wanted a small space so we could have a base to relax. It was quiet, private and allowed a good night sleep. We sat outside and enjoyed the gas fire bowl. The inside is a nice retreat with a full sectional couch to sit on, a high top table if food prep or computer work needed to be done and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

We have stayed at Eliza and Brad’s place several times this past year. It’s been like our home away from home—it has everything we need, is super comfortable and well-equipped, and very thoughtfully decorated. We really appreciate the extra effort these folks make to ensure their guests feel at home. If it were an option we would give them 10 stars! Thank you Eliza and Brad!

First time to Knoxville for our son’s travel baseball team. The location was great for us and close to everything we needed. Plenty of room for my two boys. Mariel and her husband very helpful and friendly. We loved the area and would stay again.

The suite met our expectations. It had many nice features and was well kept. The location is within easy walking distance of a nice park.

Great spot for those wanting a close location to Gatlinburg. Plenty to do that's within a 30-40 minute drive such as hiking the national forest, skiing at Ober Mountain, visiting Anakeesta, etc.

By far one of our top stays! Brian & Michele's place had everything we could need for our large group of 8 - 4 kids & 4 adults. We spent 3 hours in the pool, which was the perfect temperature and kept the kids entertained and happy after a long day of traveling. We greatly appreciated having dark towels, especially with kids, and the extra beach towels & gear was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked and the extra snacks were a plus. Would highly recommend!!

My family and I stayed at Michelle’s place and it was absolutely incredible! Very quiet and secluded. Michelle was patient and kind. The house is beautiful and looks just as it looks in photos. My wife said everything smelled amazing and was super clean. I’d have to agree. 10 out of 10. No regrets!!!!

We loved Linda and her place! Would highly recommend! Great space and location. Easy access to downtown Knoxville and outside locations. Felt like we were home. Lots of options for restaurants and anything you may need. Would definitely stay here again.

This was perfect for 2 people on a shopping trip. This is a cabin basement apartment with a king bed, bathroom, kitchenette, couch and love seat, 3 tvs and a hot tub. GPS brought us in the wrong way but it is very easy to find from Wears Valley Road. Barry was wonderful to offer an early check in and was available upstairs if we needed anything. It was the perfect place for what we needed. We would stay here again and again instead of a hotel. It was quiet but still a cabin feel. We will be back if we ever need a place.
