Room was clean, nice. Beach was close. Communication was nice.

Apartments with large balcony and magnificent seaview where you can admire the sunsets. Equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay. Host were helping with all rised questions immediately. Leaving apartments you find yourself on the Kobuleti promenade along which you can leisurely walk for hours. The beach is just 50m meters away. Nearby are many nice restaurants and shops.

very nice modern place. kitchen has everything you might need, even a nutcracker. water pressure in the shower is good. there are a lot of supermarkets , fruit markets and cafes, thrift stores + tobacco shop nearby. thank to Giorgi for assisting us with late check in.

New 13 story building right on the seashore. Nice, clean, quiet apartment with exceptional sea view. Host is r.emote but always available over the phone. Famous Batumi' Botanic Garden is half mile down the beach, Dreamland Oasis Resort located quarter mile up the beach with eleven restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bank, aqua park, and entertainment. It is the Original Eden

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

We really enjoyed spending a few days in this apartment! We sent and woke up to the sound of waves. The place is quiet,but at the same time within walking distance there are shops,pharmacies,restaurants with live music. The sea is three minutes away and the window has a wonderful view. The apartment itself has everything you need for cooking, a good washing machine and an iron. We managed to use all of this. Spacious shower, lots of towels. The bedroom has a very soft mattress, it can be a plus for someone,and someone is a disadvantage. In general, we had a great stay☺️ Thank you!

Tamar’s place felt like home because there was everything you could think of at hand, it felt like there actually lives a host who takes care of everything. Tamar also was very flexible regarding checking in & out which was a life saver considering our bus schedules. The place has minimalistic and modern vibe, is very comfortable and the location is great: right on the beach. You can even watch the sunsets from balcony☺️

Nino’s place is clean, nice and conveniently located. She did her best to make us feel right at home.

Lesley and Chris are great hosts, very friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfortable and perfect location for visiting Batumi raptor watchpoint at Sakhalvasho (about 15 mins away) plus Batumi itself and the surrounding coastline and hills. The three cats are great company too!

Very nice place to stay, 30 seconds to the beach, nice balcony, plumbing, furniture - everything is great. There are many different little things for your comfort. The location is great, and not the center where the commotion is, but also not very far from it. When I go to Kobuleti in the future, I will try to get here again.

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

Thank you so much for this wonderful place to stay! We stayed with our parents, we really liked it) Near the house there are many good shops and shops with vegetables and fruits. Literally 200 meters from the central market of Kobuleti. Close to the sea. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. View of the mountains from the window. A lot of dishes, the hostess put three towels, slippers, shampoo and soap for each. A bottle of wine was also very pleasant! Thank you) I recommend this place, we will come back here again!

the apartment fully corresponds to the description. being in the central square. this is good and bad. The good thing is that everything is literally nearby: beach, supermarket, cafe a lot, market. The bad thing is that this is a center and therefore it can be noisy: cars, restaurants and dogs. But if you close the doors, there are not so noisy dogs. There are a lot of dogs, they themselves are kind, but in the morning they are constantly barking🤣. Ilia (the host) was constantly on the touch, greeted, posted everything, told me everything and showed me where and what you can buy/see/walk. The beach with large stones and sand, so bring shale for the beach. There may be long rains (this is the black sea, not the Mediterranean), you need to be ready for this. The apartment is clean. Everything is there for unassuming guests. The staircase to the last floor is steep, you need to keep in mind to old people and people from the nod. in general, only the best impressions of the apartment and the hosts left only the best impressions. Me and my family enjoyed our stay in Kobuleti: + Inga's place is clean, comfortable and close to the seaside; + our communication with Inga and Luca was smooth and nice.

The apartment is conveniently located just few minutes by walk from the beach and at the same time few minutes from the city market place where you can buy everything. There is also basic supermarket right in the building and some cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is properly furnished, has good internet and is suitable for short and longterm stays. The host does everything so guests can feel comfortable there.

Clean cozy apartment, very comfortable homemade bed, kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is friendly, actively communicates, gives recommendations and resolves any issues that arise. The territory of the complex is beautiful and well-maintained, the beach is cleaned, sunbeds are convenient. The sea entrance is rocky and I recommend taking your shoes for swimming. In September, the water park did not work every day (the slides agreed to launch only when more than 10 visitors will be recruited), the cinema and most of the slot machines worked, there are no balls for children in the bowling alley. It's possible that the service is better during the season.

Everything was great, Nino is a really good and responsive host. The location is super and the apartment is delightful. We only had one small issue with sofa bed – it was too hard to sleep on, but Nino had an extra mattress for it, so it was fine. We’ll definitely come back again someday :)

I want to thank Anna, Tengiz, Ira, Guia for her responsiveness, hospitality and hospitality! We had a wonderful 10 days in the house with everything you need for your stay. The house is located in a wonderful and very picturesque and quiet place: away from the track, noisy cafes and restaurants, on the shore of the cleanest mountain river. The view from the balcony (which surrounds the apartment from all sides) is an additional bonus! It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, for someone it may not be very convenient. But not a problem for us as we do not like to sit in the same place and prefer to drive to different places and explore the coast. We'd love to come back again!
