Monthly Rentals in Koh Khai Nai

Sam is a very caring host. I like watching international news on TV in English. At first, the condo had very limited English news channels. Sam went out of his way, and very quickly acquired a new TV program receiver for me to use. He did the installation himself. Sam is definitely a good guy, & a great AirB&B host! 👍

Surasa and staff was amazing, they were there and helped with anything that I needed. Anything that I needed, they were there. The house is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the beautiful water like you can see in the images. It is on a secluded dirt road with other homes and upon arrival you will walk through a fish farm and little shacks, the house is behind all this. It is a five star from me through and through. The swinging vented doors are a work or art. The only down side I have, like everyone else that commented, are the bugs. But that’s just what you sign up for when going to a home that has a completely open living room in the tropical jungle.

This place was great and exceeded our expectations! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive anytime we needed help! Great recommendations around the area and the neighbor was great in picking us up from the airport and renting us a scooter. Would stay again!
