Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Yksityinen uusi rantamökki isolla tontilla, amfiteatterimaisella sijainnilla erittäin puhtaan Livojärven rannalla, Lapin Rivieralla. Kaksi saunaa (puulämmitteinen ja sähkölämmitteinen) sekä palju. Saatat ehkä nähdä poroja suoraan mökin pihalla. Tarjoamme kesäkaudella (toukokuusta elokuuhun) käyttöönne kaksi SUP-lautaa, veneen ja kalastusvälineet. Talvikaudella tarjoamme muutamia lumikenkiä, suksia ja sauvoja hiihtoa varten sekä kalastusvälineet pilkkimiseen. Kohteessa on mäki ja portaita.

Welcome to the serenity of the wilderness to a unique log villa by the lake. Designed by an architect, and built with old logs, this magnificent cottage is located in the middle of quiet and forest. The cottage is spacious (150m2) and there is plenty of private plot. The cottage is intended for 1-6 people and is the perfect place to relax. The cottage has a beautiful wood sauna, as well as stairs from the sauna to the lake to the private dock.

Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.
