It was a very cool stay — the house was clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was just amazing. But what really stood out was the view from the balcony — absolutely stunning! If you’re looking for a place to relax, listen to the sound of the ocean, and enjoy a peaceful holiday, this is the perfect spot. I recommend going by car — there are supermarkets and the old town nearby. Also, communication with the host was great: Josip responded quickly and was super friendly. We had two amazing days, and I was honestly sad to leave. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely keep it in mind when I come back!

Great apartment with beautiful block from the balcony. All locations of Novalja are in walking distance. Very clean and everything as advertised is available. Communication with Marica is very easy and flexible. All in all highly recommended!

Everything was perfectly fine. The house was very clean when we arrived. We could have checked in a little early which was cool. In the apartment you will find everything you need. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea, which is definitely worth it 🙌🏻 Behind the house is a private sand beach, which is accessed by stairs. The beach is very narrow (about 1 meter), so you can't lie directly on it, but there are sun loungers behind the house on which you can lie with a beautiful view of the sea 🧡 Nina is a good host who responds to everything quickly, we solved everything we needed with her without any problems. Even when we were noisier (which we are of course sorry), she solved this problem with us with complete comfort 🤝🏻 The air conditioning is only in the living room, so it's the coldest, the rooms are a little warmer, but definitely the air conditioning is enough to cool the whole apartment, as long as you don't let yourself in unnecessarily warm. For us, we rate the apartment 10/10 and it's definitely worth it 🙌🏻 Thanks!

Our stay was fantastic! The location is incredibly beautiful, picturesquely located on the edge of Velebit National Park, but not far from the sea, which you can see from the terrace. The amenities were as promised, everything was easy to use and two highlights are: the barbecue and the small but really nice pool with whirl function. To the sea (by car) between 5 and 10 minutes, to breathtaking coves, with crystal clear water. In addition, the water is refreshing in selected places, because of the cold springs from the karst mountains (hot tip, for those who like it cooler). The nearest small town of Karlobag (about 10 minutes by car) offers shopping, restaurants and evening entertainment (live music). Konoba Karlobag (directly opposite Main parking with green pan umbrellas) is highly recommended! (And the new walk between Rabiciza and Karlobag is very great!!) Many thanks to Sanja plus family for a fantastic week!!

The apartment is beautiful, very clean and the location is great. Communication with Olga was great. I really appreciated her driving me to the doctor and pharmacy during her work hours because I wasn't well. I don't take that for granted and it was a very big help to me! We felt completely comfortable, would be happy to come back :)

The apartment is simply fantastically located and top modernly furnished. Everything is new. A clothesline is stretched in the back garden. The pool is not too deep and big enough to swim a few laps. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite close to the street, so you can hear a car every now and then when you are by the pool. Maybe you could plant a few hedges here. The house is so new that it is unfortunately not yet drawn on Google Maps/satellite. But due to the beautiful blue shutters it is easy to find n.

What a wonderful house! Well-equipped, great layout and incomparable location. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and supermarket in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

This house was a great find. We weren’t familiar with the area as it was our first trip to Croatia, and we were lucky to end up in Vrsi and this home. The house was lovely. For being so new, I was pleasantly surprised to find all the necessary amenities. I’m always so grateful when an airbnb has enough trash bags, toilet paper, coffee beans, etc. The outdoor space was certainly our favorite part. The swimming pool felt great and we used it every day. The trampoline, playset and toys all were very exciting to our toddler and were close enough to the pool space that we could all be in sight. The house was close to the small downtown of Vrsi. Technically walkable to grocery, a few decent restaurants, and a beach. We preferred the 10min drive to Ricina Beach and ate at El Capitano’s Beach Bar more than once. It took us 15min to drive to Nin and 45min to drive to Zadar old town, where we spent an afternoon/night at each for dinner. Our host, Kruno, was also fantastic.

Valentina is an extremely nice host and person. She smiles all the time and she has solutions for everything. I even enjoyed simply chat with her, not only discussing the accomodation related questions. She is lovely! The apartment is nice and clean, we felt like at home.

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

Sanel was immediately very kind and reliable , very short response time. We were a group of guys , we had a great time . Close to downtown , full of things to do . Thank you very much Sanel for letting us discover this fantastic place. Thank you .

We had a nice stay at Sanel‘s Apartment and a great time in Novalja. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and Sanel is friendly, helpful and always reliable. He helped us out in every situation. The apartment was clean and the equipment of kitchen etc. was quite okay. The apartment is perfectly located and we could walk to every hotspot in the city. Nothing beats the great balkony with the wonderful view! We will definitely come again! :)

Great place. Denis was very helpful, even though we could not speak Croatian. Incredible island. Totally private and very calm. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace and tranquility.
