Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kollnburg

It could hardly be better! I was wondering why the place isn't booked months in advance. Great location, wonderful apartment and even better hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Our short vacation in Petra and Michael's vacation home was great all around. The equipment was great, everything your heart desires. We were three families who visited the house and our individual needs were already asked in advance. There was a lot of activity material for the children traveling with us - both indoors and outdoors. The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Petra's tips on possible leisure activities with the children were also very valuable. It was a wonderful time and we felt very well taken care of. A great house with upscale amenities and very friendly landlords :-) Thank you!

Beautiful place with calm peaceful neighborhood!

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and nothing was missing. But there's something to consider for tall people. Duck by the doors :-). It is an old farmhouse and in the past the people were smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already addressed and nothing else, it can only have been good:-)

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

We (2 adults, 2 children) felt very welcome and comfortable in Barbara's little paradise for a week. A beautifully restored, well-equipped and charming cottage, quietly located on the edge of the forest. For the little ones, there was a sandbox, a swing and a "bathtub", so we could also just make ourselves comfortable in the deck chair... The contact with Barbara and Günter was really nice and there were also helpful tips for excursions in the area. We would be happy to come back to paradise next to hell (adjacent nature reserve)

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also got to know Katrin's mother briefly. She gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private whirlpool including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very easy to reach for any questions. I am looking forward to my next stay there! We stayed with Renate a second time. We felt very comfortable. The proximity to the old town , but also the quiet residential area, just perfect. There was nothing wrong. In addition, Renate is an excellent host, communication was super easy, friendly and fast. Always happy to come back. We look forward to seeing you next time.

Great AirBNB, very cozy and nicely decorated, also plenty of amenities, e.g. for cooking... very comfortable bed. Only 5 minutes to Theresienplatz and the center, there is a Rewe for shopping.

Staying at this Airbnb was super great. The house is a historic pearl in the UNESCO World Heritage Site and also lives up to the title. It is a beautiful vault on the ground floor and access to the garden. The interior is very tasteful and is characterized by natural and honest materials. The kitchen (tea kitchen) is very small but has everything you need for a few days in Regensburg. The bathtub is fantastic. The bed is comfortable and there is even a TV with some programs. The bed is comfortable and at night there is a lot of peace that lets you sleep deeply and firmly in this thick walls. The toilet is in the hallway, but it is always a wonderful trip to the historic staircase. I highly recommend the place and would move back in right away if it were possible! The communication with the host was also super easy and very accommodating when I had to adjust the data several times. Great!

We were very satisfied and surprised by the accommodation. Matthias is very friendly and responds to all requests. There was nothing missing. Even for our dog, bowls and treats were available. We had a great stay and were very satisfied all around. We will definitely come back again. We say thank you for the wonderful time and the great tips.

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight - especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

A great place in a great location. City square just a few minutes' walk away, outdoor swimming pool right on the doorstep Shopping at the discount store is easy to reach by car. Otherwise, the Schärding city center attracts with its charm and many great local shops. Price performance is top and the communication is flawless and very fast.

Spotless and very nice furnishings - everything we needed in the kitchen and nice sheets and towels. Everything was very well-maintained and we felt very comfortable. Bedrooms can be darkened well and it's very spacious. We also enjoyed the patio/terrace and the nice furniture there, and ate outside several times. Big TV, fireplace, and big bathtub were all fun bonuses for the kids. My son claims to be "homesick" for it. ;-)

Wonderful apartment in a very quiet environment. In the morning you could enjoy the terrace and in the evening the sunset on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back :-)
