We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Frisch renoviertes Apartement, liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, ein Mix aus Space Age und Minimalismus. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge und Himmelsstimmungen, bei klarem Wetter sogar mit Alpenblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer einst architektonischen wegweisenden großen Ferienanlage aus den 70ern (Die Bauwelt von 1973 liegt im Apartement aus). Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

A highlight of the apartment with terrace is the large kitchen with kitchen block, fully equipped with a Miele stove and oven, a large fridge with freezer and all the kitchen utensils your heart desires.

Cena je pro 2 osoby. Za každou další osobu se doplácí 10€/den. Maximální počet hostů 4. Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

The farmhouse from the early 19th century in Kollnburg, which was renovated in 2020, impresses with its unique view of the Bavarian Forest and the Arber. On approx. 260 sqm of living space, the house offers a total of 5 double bedrooms with bathroom and a spacious, open living and dining area with fireplace and attached kitchen. The farmhouse is located on a plot of approx. 10,000 sqm and is adjacent to a year-round farm towards the road.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet place in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800m altitude into the Bavarian forest and Gäuboden. You can head out for beautiful hikes right from the property. Especially recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) as well as the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

The cabin was planned over years of loving work and built using regional craftsmanship. These are “natural log houses” that have retained their natural shape during construction using regional trees to give it its very special charm. A truly sustainable project.
