Apartment holiday rentals in Kolonaki, Athens

Excellent apartment in a very upscale neighborhood but still walkable to all the touristy spots. Athina was excellent, very responsive and was very accommodating when our flight got delayed by a few hours. The apartment itself is HUGE with amazing furnishings and every amenity that you would need. A Carrefour is right across from the main door which helped a lot in getting the basics. Getting to and from the airport was seamless via a cab, but the Metro stop (Syntagma) is about an 8-10 min walk, if needed. We had an amazing stay and would without a doubt stay here again. Highly recommend!

I felt right at home from the minute I stepped into the apartment. The second floor of a small residential building in a very safe, walkable and quiet neighborhood. In close proximity to commerce, Syntagma square, for instance, is about 8 minutes walking away (going back by foot will take slightly more because it’s uphill). For my needs, the apartment was perfect and I would go back in a heartbeat next time in Athens. Amalia was always very kind and quick to respond.

Dionysia is a charming host. This sophisticated apartment is in the centre of an amazing community. The restaurant and gallery recommendations were fantastic. Everything in Athens is accessible from here by Metro. We loved it, and now want to live in Athens! Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this apartment right next to the Panathenaic Stadium. The place is clean, comfortable, and overall really nice. The AC blows cold and kept the space cool (very important in the city), which was a huge plus in the summer heat. Great big balcony, a cool place to chic, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The location was quiet and convenient, and everything went smoothly. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

I spent a week in Gerasimos and Anna's apartment. The apartment is located in the attic and is easily accessible via an elevator with a subsequent staircase. It is a room surrounded by two balconies. On one balcony is the outdoor kitchen, which is very inviting for coffee in the morning. On the other balcony, you can enjoy the view of the park opposite. The Acropolis can also be seen in the distance. The apartment was very clean and everything needed for a few days stay was there. Anna welcomed me very warmly and immediately showed me the area. The apartment is well located, you need just under 10 minutes to the metro. You can also easily walk from there. The area is very safe and there was no risk of being out at night. I enjoyed the stay very much.

Excellent location... House is in very good condition. Details from amenities to kitchen utensils, bathroom necessities etc etc were 10/10. The host is very responsive, polite and efficient. Definitely will revisit....

Dionisis’ place was very central for tourists in Athens. It was a 10-15 minute walk to many attractions, and sub 30 minute transit/walk from everything else. It is a great apartment with an amazing terrace, and Dionisis makes sure everything is smooth for your stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

Stephen was a very nice host. Everything was well organized and he was very nice helping me getting around town. Perfect place to stay for a conference at the nearby conference center.

Our stay was truly incredible. The view was absolutely stunning, and every detail in the home was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. Panos was exceptionally helpful and always easy to reach whenever we needed anything. We can’t wait to return!

Had a lovely time in Athens with my Wife and our baby. We felt very comfortable in Fotis’ air bnb. It was exactly what we needed! It was very clean. Also, very good communication between Fotis and us. He recommended us some great restaurants and things to see/do. Only a 10/15 min walk from all the main attractions in Athens. Would 100% recommend come and stay again in the future!

This is in a great location if you want to be able to walk to all the must-visit places in Athens. Stella was very communicative and makes it easy for a flexible check-in time. We really appreciated her help with arranging for us to have a driver back to the airport as well. Wish there was a screen-door to the patio so we could let the fresh air into the house without letting bugs in, but that was minor as we didn’t spend too much time at the place since we were out and about most of the trip.

It is located in a lovely peaceful and safe area that is 10 minutes walk to the Agora, so close by to all the action of Athens. There is a fantastic baker 20 seconds from the apartment and also a great supermarket so everything is close by. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (top floor). There is a very small lift that we were initially nervous to use but we overcame our fear and ended up using it the whole time. The roof terrace is what makes this flat incredible with stunning view across Athens to the hills beyond and then the other way to the Acropolis which is really impressive.The living space itself is clean and functional and perfect for the two of us. We loved the view so much we had supper on the terrace a couple of nights so we could watch the sun setting. The terrace is solely for the flat. The neighbour has the view I guess towards the sea but it is very separate so each space feels very private. Yoita was excellent at communication from the getgo

Positives: extremely helpful host, very safe location, easy walk to metro, easy walk to shops, cafes, pubs. The flat is dated and not overly fancy but the beds were comfortable and it was clean. We spent very little time in the flat because we were out exploring. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive host. Great stay at Stylianos place.

I have been to 2 apartments that Mrs. Juliet has, one next to the other, and they were really comfortable, quiet, clean and I would recommend them ❤️

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Great apartment, very clean. Swimming pool and terrace were a nice touch. Some slight confusion with check in and scheduled maintenance however the situation was resolved quickly with efficient communication. Would choose to stay again if I'm back in Athens.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
