⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful stay in Kolonaki We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful apartment in Kolonaki. Everything was just right — the apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and we especially loved the lovely balcony with a great view of the quiet street below. The location isn’t right in the middle of the tourist areas, but that’s actually what we loved about it — Kolonaki is full of charm, with excellent restaurants, art galleries, and a relaxed atmosphere. It felt like staying in a real part of Athens. The small touches made a big difference too — the host had left us some thoughtful snacks in the kitchen, which we really appreciated. We were super happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

We liked our stay very much. The appartment was clean and exactly as shown on the pictures. Although it is close to a busy area the appartment is very quiet and private. Everything is easily reachable by foot or with the metro which is also nearby. We will return to Athens next week and would have booked it again if it was available.

very nice appartment

The apartment is located in a very peaceful, quiet, and safe area. Being a rooftop apartment, I was able to enjoy sitting outside (on both sides, for the sunrise and the sunset), reading, and drinking coffee in the morning and evening. Since you are halfway up Mount Likavettos, you have a view of the entire southeast part of Athens, while on the north side of your apartment you can watch the sun hit the church on top of Likavettos and feel the breeze come through the forest across the street (lots of nice paths to walk, and you can powerwalk around the mountain or walk up to the top for the greatest cardio workout). I really appreciated the little things like paper towels, soaps and shampoo, much toilet paper, and other items that few hosts provide, but Christos provided. (I even had a bag of ice in the freezer!) The shower is the largest I have experienced in Athens (and I used to live in Athens and visit the city 2 or 3 times a year), and the elevator and washer especially welcome.

For those who love being in the centre of Athens, walking around and see all main attractions on foot, this is the place to be! A wonderfully decorated and very confortable (fully equiped) flat in Kolonaki with 2 bathrooms, next to all trendy restaurants and shops is waiting for new guests! I also loved Eleni's responsiveness, politeness and assistance which made my stay and my day. I would love returning back to this hospitable flat which feels home. The flat has also a working space for people who are on business trip!

Louise is an incredible host with an incredible apartment. I travel to Athens frequently and I felt so comfortable and at home in this space. I’ve also stayed in several neighborhoods in Athens and Kolonaki is a favorite - Louise’s place is convenient to really, everything. Communication with Louise was efficient, warm, and prompt. I can’t say enough things about how much this stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you so very much, Louise.

It was an incredible home base for our stay in Athens. It was in a central, walkable location which made getting around super easy. We never had to use the metro. Plus, you never get tired of the view. The host was super kind, friendly, and gave us some killer recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked.

Amazing stay. I’m always a fan of convenient and easy stays, walkable distances and good communication with the hosts so this was an ideal trip for me. Location is awesome, if you’re young and looking for night life options or if you’re in a later stage looking for exquisite restaurants and bars- the best in town are located within 5-10 minutes on foot.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the centre of Athens. Very close to the metro, sites, restaurants and shops. Great apartment, tasteful furnishings and decoration, with everything we needed for our stay (4 days). Anna and Teo are great hosts. Excellent proactive communication.

We were tenants for 2 months, living and working in the flat. Our requirements for the accommodation, which allowed us to do this as easily as possible, were met in full. The Wi-Fi was constantly stable and fast. A great relief if you are dependent on it for your work. The flat was functional and nicely furnished. You get what you see. The beds were comfortable. The flat was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely cleaning lady who helped us once a week. I can only recommend this investment to any long-term tenant. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend earplugs: The bars or restaurants in the close neighbourhood can be loud, especially at the weekend. I used earplugs, so I had no problem with this. But we saved our best experience for last: the care provided by Diver, a woman, was ‘gold standard’. She was always available, responded very quickly, always had a solution at hand and was at any time a open and friendly contact person. Big thank you to Diver!

What a fantastic apartment for its location in the heart of Athens, only 50 yards from the modern Olympic Stadium and overlooking the National Gardens and embassies of three European countries. The dual carriageway beiow was busy but had all the transport required for any part of the city, but most were in walking distance of the places of interest within the city. Panos was an excellent host and the apartment had everything required plus other luxuries not expected but very welcome, including toiletries, kitchen utensils, tea, coffee, even the local spirit to try! The 72” TV with YouTube was incredible too. Thank you Panus, you helped make Athens even more special.

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.
