Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Kolonaki, Athens

I really enjoyed my stay here. The patio and privacy were great. The neighborhood is walkable, safe, and relatively quiet. The host provided detailed instructions and was very responsive even late into the evening. Two different train stations are both short walks and there are ample coffee shops and bakeries along the way. Five stars, would love to be a guest here when I return to Athens.

We had a lovely time at Elina’s place. The flat is cozy and suitable for a short stay in Athens. The building has an elevator and the flat has all basic necessities. The neighbourhood is vibrant and there are many great places to eat and drink. You can find small individual shops. Furthermore, you are close to all relevant historical sites and the public transport.

As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable staying here. The neighborhood feels safe, with kids out and about after dark playing in the park across the street. The metro is a 7 minute walk along the tramline, and Athens center is accessible by walking around 20min and across a busy road. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cooking equipment. Ilias was very kind and proactive, and met me by the metro to help me find the apartment and get settled in. Highly recommend staying here!

This was in a fantastic location with great views of the Acropolis and walking distance to great restaurants and sites. The apartments, while a bit small, was very comfortable and the terrace was very relaxing. I would however not recommend this for people who are older, have issues climbing stairs, or have heavy luggage. The stairs to and in the apartment are very narrow and steep, and was difficult to maneuver with large luggage. Other than that, this was a great stay.

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

This was my first time in Athens and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s close enough to all the touristy places (5-10 min walk to most places) and further away from them to enjoy the reallly cool bars/ restaurants that the urban locals frequent. The atmosphere was just amazing!!! Dora was responsive and the place was clean. Check out The Makers (for delicious coffee) and Isandsia around the corner.

The stay was very good! The apartment is spacious and has a large balcony. It is about 20 minutes' walk from the city center. On the way there, you should avoid one or the other street, as there are many drug addicts there. I would advise women not to take a walk in the city. All in all, however, the apartment is great. A supermarket is nearby, and the subway station is also just a 5-minute walk away.

Ourania was very welcoming and so helpful. The apartment felt very home-like with many little extras like food in the fridge and toiletries. Ourania met me and explained everything. The location is close enough to walk to the main sites of Athens.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Everything was just as pictured, so convenient, quiet, safe area, host was amazing and responsive. Very attentive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again!!

I had a truly amazing stay! The accommodation was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Ageliki, the host, was fantastic, great at communicating, very flexible with arrival and departure times, and full of helpful tips about things to do in the area. It was simply a wonderful experience. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!
