Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kolonaki, Athens

A lovely place to stay when you are in Athens! Perhaps a bit further away from the 'tourist centre', but therefore so pleasant. After a day full of impressions it was wonderful to 'come home'. And what was so wonderful: you didn't have to leave the neighbourhood in the evening! In the immediate vicinity there are many nice restaurants, trendy coffee bars on the nicest squares. Lively and in the middle of the daily life of the inhabitants! The apartment is beautiful, quietly located and is equipped with everything you need. The building beautifully renovated. The only thing is that we are still curious about the other 2 apartments! The shop/studio/workshop of Stravoela is around the corner and if you have even a small question, they are ready for you. Top!

Wonderful Apartment & Host We had a great stay at Viktoras’ apartment. The space is modern, spotless, and felt like a high-end hotel suite - comfortable bed, sleek bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. It actually looked even better in person than in the photos and felt more spacious than we expected. The AC kept the apartment cool throughout our stay, which was a big plus during the Athens heat. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transport. Viktoras was an excellent host - very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy throughout. We’d happily stay here again on our next visit to Athens and highly recommend it to others!

This apartment and location were wonderful. The apartment was well described and the location was ideally close to attractions, metro, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The street is quiet and great for relaxing after a busy day of fun. The balcony was beautiful and so fun to sit outside. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We arrived ahead of check-in and they were so accommodating. They met us at the apartment and were unbelievably kind in that they picked up some fresh baked pastries and made us coffee. They responded quickly to our questions and were especially helpful in recommendations and even helped us with some of our needed transportation arrangements. We would return again and again to stay in this location without hesitation. I can recommend these hosts and location without any reservation.

For those who love being in the centre of Athens, walking around and see all main attractions on foot, this is the place to be! A wonderfully decorated and very confortable (fully equiped) flat in Kolonaki with 2 bathrooms, next to all trendy restaurants and shops is waiting for new guests! I also loved Eleni's responsiveness, politeness and assistance which made my stay and my day. I would love returning back to this hospitable flat which feels home. The flat has also a working space for people who are on business trip!

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Nico’s place. It’s in a great location with so many restaurants and shops. Place was spotless with the latest amenities. It is a bustling neighborhood, but you don’t hear any noise since it’s a downstairs apartment. Nico arranged rides for us to and from the apartment at our arrival and departure. He also gave us numerous recommendations of restaurants, breakfast place, bars, and museums. Highly recommend his place. Would love to stay there again!

Amazing stay. I’m always a fan of convenient and easy stays, walkable distances and good communication with the hosts so this was an ideal trip for me. Location is awesome, if you’re young and looking for night life options or if you’re in a later stage looking for exquisite restaurants and bars- the best in town are located within 5-10 minutes on foot.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo BNB. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono, inclusa Elmira e tutti quelli che abbiamo incontrato, sono stati incredibilmente gentili e sempre disponibili. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo problema tecnico, come può capitare ovunque, ma il team è stato estremamente reattivo nel risolverlo, facendoci sentire sempre a nostro agio. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura, perfetta per rilassarsi. Inoltre, se amate i gatti, troverete tanti mici amichevoli a cui poter offrire qualche croccantino! Un grande grazie a tutti per l’ospitalità!

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

L’alloggio di Christos è ben curato e corrisponde alle foto che ha pubblicato. Si dorme bene sia per la comodità del letto che per la tranquillità della zona che sebbene un pochino distante dalle vie principali (15’-20’ a piedi) è sicura. Christos è super disponibile (ad esempio ci ha fornito un paio di asciugamani in più) e risponde velocissimo ad ogni esigenza. Consigliato!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

This place was amazing! Self check-in & check out were seamless, and the host provided very clear and easy instructions. The host also set us up with a driver from the ferry port and to the airport for our travel days, which was very convenient for a big group of us. The rooms and the whole place were beautiful and even better than the photos! We only stayed for one night, it was a group of 9 of us, and it was so spacious. We would have loved to stay longer just because of the place! A lot of markets and cafes are a walk away, and taxis (ubers) are super easy to get if you want to go to other areas. The host was extremely responsive and helped when the AC units went out for a couple of minutes, helping and fixing the issue right away. Everything was amazing and we wish we were able to stay longer!!

This accomodation was phenomenal. it was accurate to the pictures and an ideal location. after a busy day we felt like we were coming home.

Joli et coquet logement , où Myrsini nous accueille chaleureusement et simplement dans un décor empreint d’une poésie personnelle. Très proactive et disponible. Son logement est très bien situé pour avoir accès à la majeure partie des sites touristiques, musées, restaurants du centre, …qu’autant intéressant à farnienter sur la terrasse à savourer le décor de la place sous nos yeux. En prime, nous avons pignon sur une place familiale où les rires et les jeux des enfants agrémentaient nos soirées… Nous recommandons, et pour nous, une escale à revenir.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great for visiting Athens, walkable to all the tourist attractions and so many great cafes and restaurants nearby. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to recharge before a big day. Bill and George were amazing hosts, arranging reliable transport for us from the airport and to the port. We’ll stay here again on our next trip to Athens. Thank you!

Irene is very easy to communicate with and this cute place is well-stocked and close to everything you want to see and do in Athens. We had a fantastic stay!

Die Wohnung und die Lage war für uns das absolute Highlight. Wohnung: sehr großzügig, hochwertig eingerichtet, schöne Bettwäsche und Handtücher, alles vorhanden, um sich direkt wohlzufühlen. Zum Empfang lagen bereits Milch, Butter etc. im Kühlschrank. Lage: zentral, sichere Gegend, zu Fuß tolle Restaurants und Cafés, Boutiquen zum schlendern, alle öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Einziges Manko ist die Lautstärke. Die kleinen Straßen sind tatsächlich viel befahren und es klingt halt wie in einer Großstadt 😉 Ab dem 4. Tag hatten wir uns allerdings auch daran gewöhnt. Michalia eine tolle Gastgeberin, jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden diese tolle Unterkunft wieder buchen.

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Positives: extremely helpful host, very safe location, easy walk to metro, easy walk to shops, cafes, pubs. The flat is dated and not overly fancy but the beds were comfortable and it was clean. We spent very little time in the flat because we were out exploring. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive host. Great stay at Stylianos place.
