Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Kona

So friendly as I had a friend in the hospital for several days. Nice they had coffee and light breakfast stuff! 5 stars! Even helped me get my keys from truck I accidentally locked inside. Saved me $100 and a lot of time omw back to visit patient. Would definitely come back. Mahalo!

Would highly recommend this place to stay!! Very clean and tranquil. The hospitality of Hannah was greatly appreciated. Communication was great and the ease of directions was amazing.

Megan and her family were so fun and inviting. Healthy breakfasts with roomy accommodations. Her kids are adorable and her guide to the Big Island was helpful for dining and finding good beaches and activities. Her home is in a nice gated neighborhood and we felt safe at all times of day and night. The yoga and crafts were a fun bonus. It felt like staying at a fun relative’s house. Highly recommend!

Kurt and Kana were wonderful hosts! The breakfast was amazing and Kurt had an “after breakfast chat” where he sat down and chatted about everything and anything. We felt right at home and he and Kana were very welcoming. He had great restaurant recommendations and other good local tips. Highly recommended! Thanks again for making our stay so relaxing!

Ryan’s sanctuary is a stunning property nested away filled with fruit trees, animals and meditation areas. He thrives at growing a local community focused on self-sustainability and ecological wisdom. He is kind and everyone on the property was superb. Highly recommend this spot for any visitors looking to enjoy some time in bliss!

We (myself and my husband) had an enjoyable stay here. Splendid and admirable service. Resort-style stay at an affordable price and total privacy (no resort sort of crowd). Marvelous view, customized breakfast (I'm vegetarian, Indian). Clem is a sweetheart. He made Indian veg-pulav for us which was top-notch. His pancakes are the best ones we have had so far. He also made early breakfast at 5 am for us since we had a flight to catch. They have an outdoor kitchen with a stove, grill BBQ, micro-oven, crockeries (which they will wash after use - love it. Probably my first trip without washing dishes ), and necessary spices. They have a clean pool (the water was so good), perfect jacuzzi. I had a sound sleep throughout my stay here. The king-size bed had a heater with independent control for both sides (OMG !!! heaven-sent). The room had a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and more than enough cabinets for clothes, and more. The washer and dryer were very handy. And they have surplus bath towels, hand towels, beach towels, snorkeling goggles and flippers, floatation boards, noodles, swim belts, beach chairs, ice cooler boxes, and MORE. The location is perfect with a calm residence hilltop view, nearby cafes (must try), coffee tasting at Greenwell, nurseries, and beaches. On top of it, we got lucky by spending July 4th here with a relaxed private viewing of fireworks. Special thanks for replacing all towels, door mates and providing room service daily. I would rank no:1 (I have OCD for cleanliness and organizing). For me, it's my fantasy came true !!! I Will definitely stay here again (goes without saying).

CC is super nice, she picked us up at the airport, so check in was very smoothly. She was very kind, she also prepared instant noodle, breakfast for us. Only 10 mins away from the airport, highly recommended for a Kona stay :)

Don’t hesitate for a second to book this property. If you have rented a car, the whole, “Walking distance” thing isn’t worth it. Parking in town is free and plentiful. Everything in Kona, including restaurants, closes (Yes, the grammar is correct) early, like 9pm. You’ll get all the tourist stuff you want during the day. Relax in this sanctuary and your batteries will be fully charged to do it again tomorrow without paying double to be close to the tourist traps. You will appreciate the quiet and serenity, something you’re not going to get in town. Cary is a wonderful host and has thought of every detail. Stop searching. Book it.
