In the front area are the shower room and the living and working room with a large, extendable dining and desk, with an armchair, shelves and storage facilities and TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. In the rear part facing the garden are the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and living rooms have been recently renovated and newly furnished.

The apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Gründerzeitvierzel in Bonn. It is very quiet at the back. The apartment consists of 2 rooms. In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200), 1 sofa bed (140 x 200) in the living room. A 3rd room with 2 single beds can optionally be rented. From booking for 5 people, the 3rd room is included. When booking for up to 4 people, there is a surcharge of €15/person/night. The price for cleaning increases by €20.

My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm
