There is also year round use of a hot tub which overlooks the stunning view of the lake and mountains.

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

We get a gorgeous view of the Purcell Mountains and Kootenay Lake, and the suite is situated to take it all in. Lakeview Sunshine Studio has an open floor plan, with entrance and bathroom on ground level. Upstairs is the living area, kitchenette, and Queen Bed. Sunshine spills into the Studio from a large bank of East-facing windows.

There is a pocket door so another sleeping area on a roll out couch on the other end. There is also another roll out couch in the living room. There is also an unattached bunkie with one queen & bunk beds. Ample parking (a trailer could also be parked here however no septic drain).
