Loukia et Nikos, les propriétaires de la maison ont été des hôtes parfaits : accueil en personne, d'une très grande gentillesse, communication efficace pendant le séjour, recommandation de restaurants et plages, et coté cuisine de nombreuses petites attentions pour nous accueillir. Ils nous ont même proposé de mettre a disposition des jeux pour notre fils qui voyageait avec nous. L'agence qui gère la maison a également été très réactive à chacune de nos demandes et nous a aidé pour la location de notre voiture. La maison, l'extérieur et la vue sont magnifiques ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location (et ses propriétaires) !

Dit is zo’n plek die je nooit meer vergeet. Wauw wauw wauw! Het uitzicht is echt geweldig; in het groen, tussen de rotsen met uitzicht op zee. Er is niemand in de buurt en je hebt echt een huisje voor jezelf en dat op een heel mooi stukje Kreta. Het is slim om boodschappen te doen op de heenweg (in de keuken vind je alles om te koken en er is een barbecue), want een grote supermarkt is bijna een half uur rijden en de taverne in het dorpje is voor overdag top, maar ‘‘s avonds wil je die donkere route op losse stenen niet nemen (dat weggetje is sowieso even wennen, maar te doen). Heb je zin in een paar dagen even helemaal uitchecken? Dan is dit echt de plek. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Many wonderful things to say about Casa Polymnia. Quaintly situated in the small town of Topolia, this mountain getaway was perfect for our first time spent in Crete. The accommodations were beautiful and very comfortable. Amazing skyline views, a well stocked kitchen, stone bedroom, and courtyard! Easy parking in town. You’ll find amazing walkable restaurants ran by kind hosts whom will offer you raki with every meal :) We loved the food. The neighbors and locals showed us exceptionally warm hospitality. Casa Polymnia was peaceful respite for reading, writing, and relaxation. Don’t forget to check out the Agia Sofia cave located just south, and the Workshop Tsouris located just north. As well as any nearby beaches. Konstantina was highly responsive, super informative, and very helpful with local recommendations. Thank you 🙏

Ein kleines Paradies für Menschen die es gerne Nachts ruhig haben und 2 Grad kühler als in Paleonchora. Für uns war es perfekt in Ausstattung, Lage und Grösse, Zoe eine immer sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Ansprechpartnerin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliche Grüße Birgit und Peter

Loved our stay in this remote villa. Amazing views with sunsets from the pool. Beds were very comfortable with quality linens and towels. Nice having the pool heated! House is remote so bring all the food needed. Rather close to Elifonisi beach which was well worth the 20 minute drive. Driving is not for the faint of heart of heart. Many tavernas in the area within 15 minutes drive. Would stay again. Thank you Theoni!

Dear Kallopi, Michail and Dimitra, We had the most wonderful time during our stay! From the warm welcome to the thoughtful surprises — the delicious food and the homemade cake — everything made us feel incredibly special and at home. The house is absolutely charming, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and spotlessly clean. It truly exceeded all our expectations and offered the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality and kindness. Einmalig schönes, charmantes Tinyhaus, wunderbar zwischen Johannisbrot- und Olivenbäumen gelegen, schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Schatten und Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten (wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen). Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter wohnen in unmittelbarer Nähe (s.Foto 3). Danke auch an die sehr nette Servicekraft Vicky, die zwischendrin die Wäsche gewechselt hat! Die Nähe zur Loutraki-Bucht ist fantastisch, das Wasser dort kristallklar und herrlich zum Schwimmen geeignet. Interessant für zukünftige Gäste: die in anderen Rezensionen gelobte Taverne ist aktuell (Juni 2025) geschlossen, sehr nahe ist ein Luftwaffenstützpunkt, sodass gelegentlich Düsenjets- auch nachts- fliegen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft von Andreas ist ein Traum. Super schön eingerichtet, alles ordentlich und sauber ein toller Garten und die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Ein super Blick auf das Meer und in die Olivenhaine. Es herrscht absolute Ruhe, wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen. Erholung pur. Vielen lieben Dank. Ulrike und Joachim
