For us, it was like winning the lottery, as we came across this gem at short notice. Carola's apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the Neckar and is still well connected to public transport. In max. 10 minutes you can reach a stop of the U14, in about 15 minutes one of the U12. The old apartment on the 1st floor is tasteful and spacious; every day I discovered new positive details. Everything is very clean, with a modern fitted kitchen and high-quality dishes. Upon arrival, we found water bottles, wine, apples and sweets. There were even toothbrushes in the bathroom - an all-round carefree package. You feel like you're with a relative. The garden can be shared, and there is a small grocery store nearby. Stuttgart is hilly, and some stairs lead to the apartment; with a walker it would be rather unsuitable. Communication was quick and friendly despite our last-minute booking. The apartment is super furnished - you have everything you need for a short and long stay. The area offers many great opportunities for walks. Communication was totally easy and straightforward. I felt comfortable in the apartment:)

Our family spent a long weekend here with 6 adults and three small children. It was taken care of by everyone. We felt very comfortable. Plenty of space, very nice bathrooms, centrally located. Highly recommend.

Steffen is a great host. Super communicative and responsive. Answered every question almost right away. When we needed something he came in less than 15 min. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for our family of 5 adults. The living area and kitchen were well equipped and we had great breakfasts at the big dinning table.

Everything is great, as always! Small criticism of bedrooms on the upper floor: there were hardly any ways to hang clothes here. We will be happy to come back

Just perfect, I can't even understand how this got only 4,99 stars and not 5,00. This was just freaking amazing! We had an awesome time there and the place just felt amazingly good. Everything is so thoughtfully and wholesomely created!

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

The accommodation was as shown in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy - made a very good impression. I only used the bedroom but if someone wants to, you can also cook, which I think is very good if you don't feel like ordering or eating at a restaurant. In short, I was more than satisfied with my two-day stay. Would come back if it draws me close.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment! Communication with the landlord was excellent – very fast, courteous and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped, exactly as described in the text and shown in the pictures. It was everything you need (plus an additional sauna), available and worked perfectly. We also liked the beautiful garden with a pond and cozy outdoor seating.

Very sweet and lovingly furnished apartment in a great location – very close to the subway and super connected to the city center as well as the Porsche and Mercedes museums. The area is tranquil and charming. The apartment was very clean on arrival and it was really everything you could need in everyday life – even a few sweet little things to welcome us, which we were totally happy about! The check-in was straightforward, the communication with the host super pleasant. We didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect, but he let us know beforehand in a very friendly way that he is always available if anything should happen. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment and the host! ❤️

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment - very nice, quiet location, but still easily accessible from the city center, parking no problem. Simona and Thomas were very helpful and friendly and were very responsive to messages. The apartment is super equipped (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, living/dining room, balcony), very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail - definitely also suitable for longer stays, it has everything you need. Heilbronn and its surroundings have a lot to offer - we would love to come back another time for a few days.

beautiful apartment for a short stay if you don't want/have to be in the middle of the city, but still with good connection. except for 2-3 little things everything was in the best order and Ulrike always responded and offered her help:)
