Villa Samas is truly a gem away from the hustle bustle! It is serene, beautiful, peaceful and very calming. The villa itself perfectly complements the tranquility of the surroundings. The villa is clean, well-maintained and has all the necessities for a hassle-free and comfortable stay. The pool is also well-maintained. The hosts are very friendly, responsive and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Tea House Villa. The place is very nice, in the middle on a jungle. The only downside is the way to get there is not very easy. You need a local driver to take you there - it's not very easy to get groceries or food. You need to plan this ahead. Other than that - the villa is very spacious and the pool was refreshing.

Priyankara is a wonderful and kind host, his property is even better than the pictures, he was around to walk us through the space and gave local recommendations., We only stayed for a couple of days, but felt right at home, It's very charmingly decorated as well. We stayed in this beautiful house for two weeks and can see why it is a guest favorite. The house has everything you need and has lovely outdoor and pool areas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and it is nice to walk the local roads. It is only a few minutes walk to the nearest grocery stores. If you want to go to Galle or Unawatuna it is only a short Tuktuk ride to beaches, shops and restaurants. The team that manages the property are professional and friendly, and any questions or challenges are resolved quickly and efficiently. We recommend the house and would be happy to return on a later occasion.
