Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Just to switch off in the Eifel. Here, hikers, families, car lovers and dog people get their money's worth. It offers space and peace, with private terrace, barbecue and 3 parking spaces in front of the door. Hiking trails are right outside the door and it is also not far to the Nürburgring. Shops and restaurants are available directly in Adenau, only about a 7-minute drive away. The view of the countryside invites you to linger, especially in the summer months.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Our bakery is very cozy 50 square meters, extends over 2 floors and is equipped with every comfort. A manufactured country kitchen with 2 plate induction hob and small oven as well as a dishwasher, a spacious shower room, wall and floor heating leave nothing to be desired in terms of modern comfort in a historic ambience. -Tiled stove -private terrace -real terracotta floor as well as massive Oak planks -visible truss and beamed ceilings

Up to 5 people can be accommodated in our 3 bedrooms. One person could sleep on the cozy couch in the living room. The apartment has a kitchen with 2 stoves, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Parking is sufficiently available. It is only a 5-minute walk to the boulevard, paddock or the Hatzenbach section. The apartment is located directly on the grandstand T13. Ample parking space available.

The apartment in the middle of the city of Adenau is perfect for a weekend getaway or for a longer visit. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the center with restaurants, drugstore and other shopping. You can easily park your car in the rear courtyard in the private parking lot.
