Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Koukaki, Athens

Three of us stayed in Panna's wonderfully equipped apartment for 4 nights in June, 2025. The apartment has everything we could possibly want It's spacious, charming, and clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped with cooking equipment and serving pieces. The roof deck washing machine had laundry supplies. The 2 balconies, one with table and chairs, give views over the quiet street. Panna replied instantly to any question. We followed Panna’s printed suggestions for walks in the area and for a trip on the Tram to the beach. The Tram stops by the nearby Neos Kosmos METRO stop. The METRO stop Neos Kosmos is a short walk and is 2 stops from Acropolis and 3 from the Syntagma stop to the airport. We arrived in Athens close to midnight and took the bus to Syntagma. Uber from there was about 7Euros. For shopping there is Carrefour as well as a few other grocery stores nearby. Check in is with a lock box, so easy. This is a wonderful place with a superb host. Who could want more.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

This apartment is just WOW, whether you are sitting on the front verandah or on the top deck. The view of Acropolis is just breathing. Gianni is the best host ever. His responses were super fast and helpful. He can help with food, islands, what to do, wine etc. Apartment was so comfortable, that we didn't want to leave. Gianni has everything what you need. Not going to mention, olive oil, spices, the herbs etc. We were so grateful to stay there and can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much for all your help, Gianni.

Exactly what we needed.

This accomodation was phenomenal. it was accurate to the pictures and an ideal location. after a busy day we felt like we were coming home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is like the pics and description, and felt bigger than we expected - very spacious for just two. The pool is fabulous, and with the retracting roof you can always have a bit of shade. Very easy to get into central Athens on the local tube. The perfect location to sightsee in the main city, but also be able to relax by the pool at the hottest points of the day. Also only a 10-15 min Uber to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this rental if you’re visiting the area!

Everything went super well. The hosts were easy and kind. The place was clean (a little too clean 😅 for me because I don’t seem to go well with highly scented sheets but the problem was rectified easily). It’s central and super convenient to anywhere. The kitchen is really well equipped too!

Very responsive Very centralized location

I was super nervous as this was my first time using Air BnB! Right from the start, Errika was extremely responsive and helpful. She even kindly offered to book a taxi for us so that we wouldn't have to stress about finding one upon our arrival. I was extremely grateful for that, and we took the cab driver's number and also booked him for our return journey. She left clear instructions on how to access the keys and there's also some printed info about Athens in the flat which we found super helpful. Errika's flat was perfect for me and my husband. We weren't there much as we were walking around the town most of the day, but it was reassuring to know that we had a safe, comfortable, clean flat to return to. The flat is around 25-30 minutes walk from the centre, but honestly, once you've done the walk one time, it becomes second nature. The apartment was wonderful! Good location and easy walk to the Acropolis and restaurants. Magda was super helpful. She arranged taxis to pick us up at the airport and return. She also arranged a guide for our trip to the Acropolis and reminded us to get tickets. She was amazing!

Vesna and her husband were very helpful with our check-in and check-out. The apartment was just like in the photos very clean and well organized. We felt right at home. It’s definitely a place where you can feel very comfortable. We also want to thank Vesna and her husband for the lovely gifts.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb à Athènes ! L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, à proximité immédiate du métro et à distance de marche de toutes les activités de la ville. L'appartement en lui-même est d'une propreté irréprochable, très spacieux et le lit est un vrai havre de paix après une longue journée de visites. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon offrant une vue sur l'Acropole et ls présence d'une laveuse, très pratique pour les longs séjours. Enfin, un grand merci à Dimitri, un hôte absolument formidable ! Il est d'une disponibilité exemplaire et répond toujours très rapidement à toutes les questions. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Beautiful apartment in a very trendy part of Athens. Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be back

It was our first time in Athens and we were super happy we booked Alexander’s apartment, in a quiet little street in the heart of the city. It is clean, simple, spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed. There is even a terrace to enjoy a drink after a day of exploring. We also loved to be in the Koukaki area - a very local vibe, with little cafes and restaurants (… Svoura, Bavinia, Salute) but still close to the main attractions of Athens. Alexander always replied quickly on questions and made sure we had a nice stay. Thanks Alexander for letting us stay in your apartment, we surely recommend!

Very nice apartment and strategically located. Close to the main attractions and public transportation. Walking distance to Acropolis (short) and Felt safe even at night. I am looking forward to visiting Athens again and staying at Spiros. Very close to shopping area called Plaka and our favourite restaurant Othanasis is about 900 m from the apartment.

What a great place! Maria’s flat was wonderful for us in all ways. It’s a perfect location for visiting and exploring Athens. Absolutely everything is right on your doorstep. Cafes, bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, transport and ancient ruins. The flat is extremely comfortable with a delightful balcony overlooking cafes and local street life. There’s a lift which is so welcome after a long day of sightseeing. Everything in the flat has been carefully thought out. It’s homely and practical. We managed to park our hire car in the street outside. We had a lovely stay and Maria always responded to our questions quickly and helpfully. So happy to recommend to other guests.

We had a great time here ! The location is perfect. There are many restaurants, shops, pharmacies and grocery stores in very short walking distances. The views are absolutely amazing. You certainly won’t find a better place in Athens. We have had many great moments in this penthouse. We hope to be back some day.

Highly recommended! It is very convenient but also safe (this apartment has a security system), and the facilities are also very nice (like Simmons washing machine)

We had a great stay at Spiros’s place. The place is beautifully renovated and designed, very spacious, has a huge balcony and the beds were very comfortable, so everything you need. Location was also pretty good and Spiros was very friendly and helpful. He also helped us with a taxi driver from the airport which was awesome. Highly recommend!

Spacious place right in the center of everything you’d want to do on your visit, with an amazing view of Acropolis on the balcony. Stunning view! Although my stay was short, this was the perfect place to enjoy it. Yiota was an awesome host, very responsive & always willing to ensure I had the best stay. Would 100% stay here again whenever I’m in Athens!

For my first visit to Athens, I couldn't have asked for a better location and place to stay! Very easy access to loads of great attractions, shopping, and restaurants, while not feeling stuck in a crowd. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

This is an amazing place very close to the city centre and quiet at night, so great to have a wonderful nights rest yet close to lively streets and great restaurants. Angelos is a great welcoming and responsive host, everything in the apartment was ready for a complete stay, and he thought of every tiny detail. We will come back without any doubts! Ester and Arik
