The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well, so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet in the hill. Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
