Rushing Reeds, Peace and Space. Birdsong, croaking frogs The visitor center "de Wieden" is within walking distance; Giethoorn and Blokzijl can be reached from here by eco-water liner! (from May to September) The cottage is less suitable for families with babies or when you are with 2 couples.

Here you are a farmer on an arable and livestock farm. The ultimate place for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle, where you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Own potatoes, onions and eggs are included in the price, according to stock. Breakfast & meat can be requested for an additional fee, see pictures. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Wonderful family house in the forest (6 people)

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
