This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest houses along the path are located here. No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquility and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

Away from the hustle and bustle, a different beautiful environment? Beautifully located in the Wieden-Weerribben Nature Reserve, a simple cottage (approx. 60 m2) is located at the back of our large yard, where you have complete privacy. Rushing Reeds, Peace and Space. Birdsong, croaking frogs The visitor center "de Wieden" is within walking distance; Giethoorn and Blokzijl can be reached from here by eco-water liner! (from May to September) The cottage is less suitable for families with babies or when you are with 2 couples.

Here you are a farmer on an arable and livestock farm. The ultimate place for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle, where you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Located directly on the water, there is every opportunity to rent boats, canoes, bicycles or a sup. The farm is located on the Zuiderzeepad and many bicycle junctions. The spacious apartment has 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people. Optionally, a third bedroom/studio can be booked separately, only in combination with the apartment. Romantic, heated, spacious shepherd's hut with bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Cosy box-bed, comfortable couch, TV incl. Netflix and Amazon Prime. In Summer the (shared) pool can be used by guests. The jacuzzi can be booked separately for €30 per 2 h. All in the peaceful countryside with a view of storks in the season. All you need for the perfect getaway can be found here or in the area. The nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden is only 3 km away and Giethoorn a 20-min. drive. We have rental bikes.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The Nutcracker: cozy farmhouse front house

On one of the most beautiful rural roads just outside the village of Sint Jansklooster is the renovated humpback farm from 1667. We have furnished the front house of the farm as an attractive accommodation for 2 guests who are fond of peace and privacy. The comfortably furnished front house has its own entrance. You have access to 2 canoes and a men's and women's bicycle. The many cycling, hiking and canoeing routes allow you to experience the Weerribben-Wieden National Park in all seasons.

Plezier met het hele gezin in deze stijlvolle vakantiewoning. Midden in het bos staat ons heerlijke, gezellige familiehuis. Van alle gemakken voorzien, met 3 ruime slaapkamers met heerlijke bedden, keuken met kookeiland, sfeervolle woonkamer met TV / Wii, houtkachel en hele ruime tuin. Met bbq, vuurkorf en gezellige vuurplaats om fikkie te steken. Op het park zelf is een zwembad, speeltuin en een tennisbaan. Let op dit park is een stilte park. Na 22:00 geen geluid meer!
