It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

It has free parking for two cars. The place is ideal for a family with children. Two bedrooms with beds upstairs and an upper terrace with a jacuzzi,and 2 sofa beds (Sofa bed). The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
