Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet/isolated location and, together with the owners' house, is part of the building in the green area that is worth preserving. The beautiful village of Jaidhof with castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

From 3 guests or on request, an additional bedroom with private bathroom is prepared, offering approx. 80 m² in total. Up to 6 guests can stay. University/college, restaurants, wine taverns, the Danube and sights are within easy walking distance. Families are very welcome.

Right in the heart of the beautiful Wachau, we would like to warmly welcome you to this new apartment above the rooftops of Weißenkirchen. Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Time out from everyday life

Comfort and relaxation in the LOG CABIN in the forest clearing. Dogs are also welcome. Breakfast is not included in the price; if needed, please contact us. For NÖ-Card holders, but also for those without a card, we are very centrally located for various excursion destinations such as Sonnentor, Noah's Ark, Kittenberg Adventure Gardens, and much more. The house is alive, so noises (e.g., woodworm) and visits from animals (e.g., ladybugs) are possible.

Floor cooling! Unique designer ensemble - directly above an old hydroelectric power plant that is still in operation. A lot of space, for people who need it a little more spacious...it was the "Obere Mühle" of Oberndorf. 1st floor - large space with 90m2 for diverse and creative use with table tennis. 2nd floor - living space with kitchen, dining table, couch corner, bathroom 3rd floor - room for rest On request, also day bookings, retreats, etc.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

SUITE on the Krems River

Relax in this perfect SUITE, sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The property is located in the middle of Krems. 500m from the train station and 400m from Krems city center. There are many shopping options nearby. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house, diagonally across the street, and around the green island. 5G Wi-Fi!!! As well as a storage space for bicycles in the courtyard.

Small practical apartment at Schürerplatz 4

The small apartment is right next to the Danube, directly on Schürerplatz. Wine taverns, restaurants, and shopping are all nearby. And for mountain bikers and hikers, it's a real experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern.... If you need a bike, please feel free to use the blue and the grey folding bike in the back of the basement at your own risk. See photo. One night only bookable for 2 people.

Langenloiser Streetloft - Couple's Hit

The property is located in the basement of my private house. You have your own entrance and privacy is of great importance. Free parking is available just a 2-minute walk from the property.
