A nice place to stay awaits in a quiet location about 2 km from Stein, Kunstmeile, Donau-Uni and the Danube. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, but can be occupied by a maximum of 5 guests. The location in the Alaun Valley, surrounded by forest and stream, impresses with its seclusion and the garden for relaxing and playing. Unfortunately, there is no cell phone network in the house and it is poor in the garden. For athletes, there are over 1000 climbing routes (see travel guide) as well as beautiful bike routes (bike storage available).

A lot of space, for people who need it a little more spacious...it was the "Obere Mühle" of Oberndorf. 1st floor - large space with 90m2 for diverse and creative use with table tennis. 2nd floor – living area with kitchen, dining table, couch area, and bathroom 3rd Floor – A Space for Tranquility Day bookings, retreats, etc. are also available upon request, subject to availability (additional charge).

The Winzerhaus, built in the 17th century for up to 5 residents, with up to 2 baby beds on request, will inspire you, give you security, happiness, comfort, energy - whatever you are looking for. We have carefully restored the historic winegrower's house: that's why there are uneven walls, vaulted ceilings and thick walls. But also a lot of modern things: pool, sauna, a large outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 terraces, fireplace & wood stove.

The narrow Danube Valley is famous as a world heritage site and a feel-good landscape with a special climate. The Jauerling hiking region offers 350 km of marked hiking trails. Distinctive wines grow on 1,296 hectares, mostly on steep terraces. Maria Laach is a pilgrimage site.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
