Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Coffee machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. We look forward to seeing you :)

The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender. With sauna, garden, lounge. It is 3 minutes by car to the reservoir. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). The inn and village store are a 5-minute walk.

Three separate bedrooms with two king-size and one queen-size double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. The old town of Steyr can be reached on foot in 40 minutes (5 minutes by car) and the famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl and the beautiful Unterhimmler Auen in 10 minutes, or simply relax by the pool in the sheltered courtyard.

The new apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has a loggia overlooking the city. It stretches over 2 floors, large glazing floods the apartment with lots of light.
