In the district of Retterschen, just 1 km from Kressbronn and Lake Constance, our apartment is located on the 2nd floor. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A dining table, the cozy couch and a TV make the room perfect for relaxing. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and hair dryer. Separate toilet. Rental bikes for only 3 euros per day - 15 euros per week.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Since we love to travel ourselves and are on the go a lot, we decided to rent out part of our completely renovated house. The apartment enchants with a large balcony (23 square meters), from which you can often see the mountains. The way to beautiful Lake Constance can be combined with a wonderful walk through the orchards. In four minutes (on foot) you are at Edeka, as is Lidl just around the corner.
