We were actually only at the property to sleep. But you felt right at home. The place is a bit outside the center, but this was deliberately chosen by us. Therefore, also recommended.

The apartment was very nice and centrally located. The terrace is also great. The landlord was always available, thank you again for the gift basket. To Airbnb: 135 euros from the landlord is completely ok, but 192 euros from Airbnb is definitely too expensive. It is clear that there is a surcharge, but this surcharge is not comprehensible and also not justified. I will soon take a closer look to see if you can also rent the accommodation directly.

The welcome was very warm and welcoming. Very friendly. We felt very much at home. You will also have your privacy and all the amenities needed. The rain shower was a wonderful plus. And the seating areas in the garden were great! Furthermore, within walking distance to the village center, a beach nearby on Lake Constance, bus stop nearby, shops and bakery within walking distance, etc. We had a good time and find this place highly recommended and value for money

I had the pleasure of spending a day in this beautiful apartment and am absolutely thrilled. The accommodation was not only extremely clean and well maintained, but also tastefully furnished. Everything looked high-quality and well thought-out - from the cozy seating area to the fully equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. The quiet, yet central location is particularly noteworthy. Shops, restaurants and public transport are within easy walking distance. Despite the central location, the apartment was wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The contact with the host was also friendly, professional and uncomplicated at all times. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and any questions were answered quickly. I can fully recommend this apartment – whether for a short city trip or a longer stay. I will definitely be happy to return!

We booked the accommodation for three nights and were very satisfied with the living ambience, the furnishings and the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures in the advertisement and is furnished to a high standard. There is plenty of space for two people. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The location was a bit off the beaten path in the middle of orchards, very ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. You have to ride your bike for about 30 minutes to get to Friedrichshafen (the next town on the lake). We took beautiful bike tours with our e-bikes every day. There are very nice bike paths and many restaurants and cafes to stop at on Lake Constance. Sarah was always quick to reach for us. We found it a pity that we could not charge our e-bikes outside at the carport. Charging the battery in the apartment was possible, but with permanently integrated batteries, there was no way to charge them outside. A bicycle cellar with access to electricity would be ideal.

Absolutely perfect apartment for a young family. In a perfect location, directly on the promenade with great views, very nice and bright and wonderfully stylish and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing! And Leonie was one of the best hosts we've had so far. Always available and with great tips!

Wow! What a find. Ludwigs place was everything we could have asked for. Set in a beautiful, peaceful location, but only 15 minutes walk to the glorious old town of Lindau island, the apartment had absolutely everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed. Ludwig was a fantastic host and always quick to respond. We would love to come again

Nice, quiet and well equipped little apartment. There were flowers and apples at the table to welcome you. Communication with Annette worked out very well and we were able to arrive flexibly through the key box. The apartment is very close to the lake and a beautiful park. By bus you are quickly in Lindau and in 20 minutes on foot to Wasserburg. We had a very nice time despite not so great weather.

Arrive and feel good, a unique feeling of well-being from the start. Jeanette is a charming and more than dedicated hostess, no wish remains unfulfilled, rarely had such a beautiful arrival feeling, almost like home. One of the nicest apartments I've been to. Perfect location, great amenities, very clean… The feel-good factor was extremely high from the first second. Communication with Julia couldn't have been better. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Clear recommendation!

I can fully agree with the positive reviews. Anja is a landlady with a lot of heart, who immediately makes you feel welcome. This is also reflected in the apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which nothing is missing. In addition, we were greeted with many attentions such as fruit, sweets and drinks, which are not self-evident. It makes you feel right at home. I did the first few days from there in the home office, and the apartment is perfect for this too. It is only 15-20 minutes on foot to the train station, supermarket or the town center, and only a few minutes to the lake. From Langenargen, you can take many beautiful bike tours and excursions in the area. In the apartment, there is plenty of information material and Anja is there with more tips. Conclusion: I can absolutely recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful stay! I will gladly ask again during my next visit to Langenargen 😀

I felt very comfortable with Carolin from the beginning and would be happy to come back. Carolin is very nice and uncomplicated, the communication and check-in worked great. The apartment is quiet, tastefully furnished and large with a new bathroom with washing machine and separate bedroom and a super large fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee machines, dishes, pots and pans and a beautiful balcony with great chestnut view. WiFi and TV work well. There is a discount for long-term stays. In the neighboring village there is a very good bakery, where there are also peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and dairy products. Other shopping facilities can be reached by car in a quarter of an hour. The Degersee is recommended for swimming (a quarter of an hour by car), while both Tettnanger Freibäder only open when the sky is cloudless and it is very hot, it is a pity if you like to swim, Tettnang and Obereisenbach have to improve

The apartment is very well equipped, very clean, very well located (very close to the train station, the lake, the ferries, the city center and the shops), quiet. We appreciated the well-secured room for our bikes and the parking space attached to the building. The instructions provided by Petra were very precise and clear: they allowed us to settle in easily.

The place was as described. It was very clean and had a very nice garden with a nice view that you could use very well. Check-in was very straightforward. There were many towels and it is also not far from the lake by car. We were very satisfied and enjoyed it very much, you can definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot !

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We particularly liked the fair prices of the mini-bar - a great addition! Of course, because the whirlpool and the sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. We will definitely come back! Best regards

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

it was great to stay on the real farm!

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

We had a very nice vacation. The four of us are a bit cramped in the apartment, but that was foreseeable and we still decided to do it, especially in the summer you spend more time outside than inside. The opportunity to sit outside and have your own seating was particularly nice. The host was a very nice and accommodating person. We thank you very much for the great vacation and the beautiful apartment.

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others
