We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool - in the rather bad weather it was just the thing to create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile baby bed, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant bachelorette party, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation home was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we lacked nothing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: the view was simply breathtaking - whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation in the mountains. We especially enjoyed the remote location away from street noise. You can also explore a lot and go sledding directly from the apartment😊 Waking up in the morning with the beautiful view of the mountains was our absolute highlight😍

For us 4 adults and 2 small children, the house was perfect. Sufficient space for everyone and all together. There was more equipment in the kitchen than you would expect. Great! We were asked by dear Susanne to work through all the cabinets and chests of drawers. And we have discovered new games, lots of books, Duplo bricks and many other things that have made rainy days sweeter. In the nearby area, there is a lot of nature and beautiful hiking trails, a well-stocked village shop and a cozy Italian restaurant. Thank you very much Susanne and Alois for your kind hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great vacation in the beautiful cottage of Clara and Stephan. Communication with the two was super easy and fast. The accommodation itself was exactly as shown in the photos and in the description. The associated parking space was particularly practical, as we arrived by car and with our two bicycles. However, the clear highlight was the small garden, which we liked to use often in the warm weather. Clear holiday recommendation :)

We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanted cottage has surpassed everything. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended at this point, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. Those who seek peace and comfort will find both. Great place with insanely good amenities

A great house in a beautiful location! Bernhard was very easy to work with. We enjoyed playing ping pong and eating out on the porch with the gorgeous mountains in the background. We were traveling with our young kids who loved the house and yard too. We hope to come again.

Uli was a super friendly hostess. The accommodation was great and as described, especially the air cooler was worth its weight in gold in warm temperatures. I would book it again anytime.

Amazing views and an otherworldly location in a serene meadow overlooked by the Kehsteinhaus. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Berchtesgaden area. The restaurant which the property is attached to also serves excelled Bavarian food from Wednesday to Sunday.

We had a great stay at Marina & Max! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need in kitchen utensils is available (including a small coffee machine). There was a dishwasher & an oven (which is not a given). The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There was also a washing machine. In the living room there was a large tv. The area is very quiet, but still very easy to reach by car. The hosts are very kind and very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable there!
