"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Apartment 'Manggeihütte Top 2' is a cozy apartment in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. The apartment has a kitchen with a sitting area and a spacious bedroom with two box spring beds and a bunk bed. From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

The bright and modernly equipped apartment is located in a historic house in the center of Krimml. From the windows and from the balcony of the apartment on the 3rd floor you have magnificent views of the surrounding Alpine panorama. The Zillertalarena ski resort can be reached by car or ski bus in approx. 10 minutes away. Right next to the house is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a beach volleyball court and two tennis courts.

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
