We were warmly greeted on arrival with a lovingly arranged ham and cheese platter, snacks, beer and wine - a great start to the holiday! The accommodation itself was beautiful, modern, very clean and in a fantastic location. The pool was rather knee-deep and more reminiscent of a large whirlpool, but still pleasant for cooling off. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. We felt completely comfortable – absolutely recommended!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

Marko’s place has everything mentioned in the listing. A small, nice apartment perfect for 2 people with all accessories from washing machine to an amazing TV. Marko’s family is very nice; they offered us cheese and ham, crepes, fruits. You have your private car parking space. You don’t have the sea view, but you can explore the amazing coast; in 30 minutes by car you can experience wild, peaceful places on the sea even in August.

I recommend it to anyone with a clear conscience. It's 100% worth recommending . I'll be sure to come back.

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Lidia is really a great host, very kind and helpful all the time. we only miss a little shop or a bar in the neighbourhood

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Gloria's. She always responded quickly, gave tips for the area on request and the family, who you met on the property, was also extremely friendly. We would recommend it to everyone.🥰

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! To get to the beach, however, you need a bike or car. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

Our trip was very successful. The perfect place for a larger group of people, there were 8 of us. The large garden provided freedom and a lot of fun for our kids. The barbecue area comfortably accommodated us all. With a clear conscience, I can recommend the house and Jelene as a host.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds cozy, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: We were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a big limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here so that other parents with small children are prepared.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

The apartment is very well maintained, quietly located and the bed is very comfortable! Sanda was very sweet at check-in and tried to point out all the sights of the island. When I got sick and no pharmacy was open nearby, she even gave me some of her medicine. The ONLY disadvantage is (as so often on the island) that the small alleys are not easy to reach by car and the private parking for larger cars is rather not an option. But Sanda was also able to find a solution for this in the past. Otherwise, the apartment and hostess are quite wonderful and highly recommended! We have just had a wonderful stay here. Absolutely beautiful villa. Amazing pool. Every convenience provided from televisions in every bedroom and ensuite bathrooms, two an espresso coffee machine and icemaker. Ivana was incredibly responsive and helpful. Beautiful location with lots to do in Zadar and endless beautiful sunshine . Thoroughly recommend
