Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

The guest room is located in Lindenau, a colorful and lively district in the west of Leipzig. Lindenau borders directly on the somewhat better known Plagwitz. The two art centers Baumwollspinnerei and Tapetenwerk are located here. You can go out great, but also find your peace, for example, on the canal or in the palm garden. The Musical Comedy, the Theater der Jungen Welt or the Schaubühne Lindenfels are within walking distance.

Stay in a waterfront loft with your own kayak

The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 sqm on a total of two levels with an open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with a fantastic location and its own boat dock. I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.
