Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

It also includes a small, but private, fully fenced backyard. The duplex is very clean and comfortable. Please be aware that this is a city location; traffic noise, including horns and sirens, is to be expected.
