Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddleboard and rowboat. Additional fee for using the hot tub.

Spacious, stylish and cozy 62 m² well-equipped terraced house built in 2012 in a quiet residential area in Kuopio's Saaristokaupunki, about 15 minutes by car from the city center, 10 minutes from Matkus shopping center and 5 minutes from the highway. Free parking is available in the apartment's yard. The store is 800 m away, the bus stop is 50 m away. Close to Jynkänvuori's outdoor area/forest (ski trails/jogging trails) and Lippumäki's sports area (e.g. indoor swimming pool, artificial ice rink, football field, gym and playgrounds and skate parks).

Close to Kuopio market square, 61 sqm apartment. The apartment has all the amenities as well as a private sauna, terrace and balcony. The beds are ready-made and the sauna has a relaxing sauna. The terrace and balcony are in the direction of the courtyard. The apartment is on two levels and both floors have a toilet. In the upstairs bedroom you sleep in a double bed and in the upstairs living room there are two beds with a width of 80 cm. A travel cot is available for a small 0-2 year old. Traveling is made easier by a drying washing machine.

In the middle of nature, a beautiful cottage of 55m² and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace available. Close to good fishing, berry picking and outdoor areas. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The tenant has access to a paddle board and rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Good outdoor terrain for hiking and frisbee golf, among other things. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as a hot tub and sauna.
