Cozy cottage in the countryside near Skara Sommarland

Enjoy the quietness of the countryside in this classic red cottage. The cottage is located on our property where there is another residential house. Here you live perfectly if you want to visit the cranes at Lake Hornborgasjön, historic Varnhem or thriving Valle district. Lilla Lilleskog is also a good accommodation when you want to visit Skara Summerland 7 km away. Hiking trails and swimming lakes are within easy distance. Back cabin by the edge of the forest

At the edge of the forest is the small backstugan. The red cottage is surrounded by garden and shading trees. This is where you live the simple life. The cottage is small and cozy. A pull-out daybed provides nice rest at night (sheets are not included, but available for rent) . Shower and sink are inside the cottage. The outhouse, which is a maximum of 50 meters away, may be shared with neighbors. Tile oven with small barbecue grill. Barbecue outside. Skara, Vara, Lidköping, Kinnekulle, Falköping and Skövde are all within a reasonable distance

Kleva Kvarn, in the countryside with breakfast in a nice environment

On the northern slope of Mösseberg is Kleva Kvarn. In a former mill house, with the creek and the mill wheel outside, there are 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchenette (not for cooking but there is microwave and kettle ) and a toilet for overnight guests. Higher up on the plot is the owner's residence and a detached little house with simple shower and small sauna. The garden is a lush oasis with creeks, gardens, a Japanese-inspired part, greenhouse, fruit trees, discounts and a forest and pasture view. A dog lives here.

The modern kitchen and inviting living room are situated in the open part of the house with an unparalleled ceiling height. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom (140 cm wide) and a toilet with shower. With a step, you can get up to the cozy sleeping loft, which is equipped with two adjacent 90 cm beds. Just a few steps from the sauna, you can take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear lake and then unwind in the warm jacuzzi. Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the pristine lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

We rent out our whole villa by our farm. It is located next to the south shore of Vänern. Due to covid we only host one company. Amazing mill with history from the 16th century. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, induction stovetop, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer. In the small TV room there is a smart TV. Upstairs there was a carpenter's workshop which is now a modern TV room with wifi, amplifier,Chromecast, speaker system and projector. Shower is in the basement. The balcony facing the sheep garden has garden furniture and spa bath. Wood stove in the kitchen. Sauna available.
