Nice House. Quiet place. If possible - We Will come back another time.

Great place to relax, in winter and summer. We would love to come here in summer.:)

The two of us had the whole yellow house. Large living room, large kitchen, large bedroom. Cozy furnishings. The sun warms the living room wonderfully. We enjoyed the sun on the large terrace. No noise from the nearby street. The railing from the Airbnb pictures was missing during our stay. No problem for adults, be careful with children. The bathroom with toilet is on the first floor near the bedrooms and requires climbing stairs during the day. The Joker supermarket is directly opposite. Also open on Sundays and public holidays until 8 pm. We had a pleasant stay; highly recommended.

We were 5 people staying in the house in August. It’s a beautiful house as described with a great view over the lake. The information center for the national park is only a 2 minutes walk away. Nevertheless, the spot is private and very quite, perfect for a relaxing time. It’s a great spot for activities like hiking various trails nearby or visiting the national park. We were really impressed by the spectacular nature. The house was clean and had all amenities making our stay a great experience. Check-in was easy and very flexible. Stein-Arve was a very helpful and responsive hosts, providing us with many information on possible activities. We can really recommend the house for a stay in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely place. Great for both big and small, and four-legged. Lots of nice hiking trails nearby. Ruth came up with many great recommendations that suited us perfectly. She also took us to the barn where we got to see the animals. It was stas!

Beautiful apartment in a really beautiful place and really cozy inside. The living room window opens to a really beautiful view that can also be admired from the balcony. Beds, pillows, blankets and sheets really comfortable and high quality! The best dreams of my visits to different destinations so far. Great house, Open plan lounge with fire which was a lovely treat after a long day, great lounging space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were large , comfy, and quiet, lovely hot shower. The house was just perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Emils instructions were spot on and finding the correct parking that suited us was easy based on his pictures and comments to us.

We had a wonderful stay and Johnny was delightful.

We had a good stay at Arthur's place in Rjukan. Conveniently located for visiting Gaustatoppen, Vemork, or other area attractions.

When we arrived, it was easy to get in and settle in. A handwritten note and a welcome gift (chocolate and coffee) made us feel welcome. The kitchen was great with necessary utensils to easily be able to cook meals and it was the first time I rented a home where the knives were sharp(!). Other things that we appreciated were that there was soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, toilet paper and wood for the fireplace. It is noticeable in a positive way that this apartment is used by the owners and is not just for rent. There is free parking below the apartment and it took 3-4 minutes to walk to the piste (with toddlers in ski boots). There is also free parking right by the lift where you can buy both lift passes and rent skis. We were asked to vacuum, wipe down all surfaces and dispose of garbage before checkout which was no problem. We can definitely recommend this home!

This is my second visit. Fantastic apartment to stay in with great hikes and adventures not far away.

Great stay in a great location! The apartment had everything we needed. With a very short way to the ski slope, the kids could run a little alone in the plate lift right next door, while we adults dressed and got ready for the day. Short driving distance to the grocery store We had a great time and would love to come back!

A really nice apartment that works perfectly. Very well equipped and it is possible to store skis on the ground floor in private enclosure. Ski-in/ski-out works optimally - however, be aware that you start on the black part of piste 22, which however very quickly turns red. However, there are shuttle buses to other areas if too difficult for some family members😊 Definitely an apartment and area we would be happy to come back to!

Could not make it due to a breakdown on the road. Looking forward to another try next time.
