This room is traditional Japanese home but separated from the host house by Japanese garden to ensure your privacy and provide a quiet space. There is also a private bathroom and a shower room only for you use. I accept one group one day so guest space is only your private use. I'm very sorry, I cannot accommodate single male guest. Easy access to many famous places. I have 4cats. Cats won't come in your room but if you have heavy cat allergy, I don't recommend book my room.

Loft on top of a machiya

This is a unique loft space on top of a rare 3 floors machiya located on the central island of Kyoto. On the top floor of HASU former ryokan, we have designed an ensuite appartement with 2 rooms that are like 2 small houses. One room is located on the East side, and the other on the West side, they both have their own shower. The house was renovated in 2020 in order to offer an authentic experience in an ancient ryokan, with a contemporary comfort.
