Beautiful and comfortable apartment, clean, in a nice area with several shops around. Theophilos was helpful, hospitable and always immediately available.

Harry and Petros were very communicative and helpful with the check-in. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, well furnished, clean and has a great terrace overlooking the plateia. The plateia itself is lush, green, clean and has a very friendly vibe. You have plenty of great tavernas, cafes (even a vegan one) and ice cream shops right on your doorstep, and it’s only a 5 min walk from Fokionos Negri. It’s easy to get into central from here (30 min walk or €6-10 uber) but situated in a lovely neighbourhood, so great for if you don’t always want the bustle of central. We loved this place and would definitely love to stay again!

The location is good 10 min from the center if you have a car. The apartment is clean and modern The only downy is that the light in the apartment is a bit low because it is surrounded by buildings. Really recommend

I stayed for two whole months. All in all, I liked the flat and the area. It can be a bit noisy (best to sleep with earplugs, as I did) but it’s part of the charm of the Fokionos Negri area. Lots of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets. Different bus lines to go downtown. Maybe some pieces of furniture could be changed, as well as some kitchen utensils, and the WiFi connection could be better, but I can surely recommend the place!

Spent 5 nights here, had a great time. We walked everywhere and found it really easy to get around. Kypseli was fun to explore and had lots of good places to eat. Vlasios's apartment is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Although the entrance is on a busy street, you can't hear noise from inside. We would stay again!

We loved our stay with Mariola! She was such a helpful host and her place was beautiful. Lots of local cafes and restaurants with traditional food :)

I stayed at Liana’s for four nights in June. The place is in a great location, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. I arrived quite late in Athens due to my late evening flight, but Liana not only waited for me to check in, she also gave me great recommendations on what to do that night. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, and the view from the studio is spectacular. It was my first time in Athens, and I felt very welcomed—I was able to fully enjoy my holiday.

The place was clean, the host in really proactive and responsive whenever there is a problem. Check in and check out was flexible which we highly appreciate. The apartment is brand new and was super clean. The location is in a typical Athens neighbourhood, not centric but easy to get by with public transit. I would say the only “downside” was the hot water in the shower, you need to start the heater 30min before your shower and you can’t take a long shower because you quickly run out of hot water. For us this wasn’t a dealbreaker at all . Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the host was amazing. We would stay again.

Where can I even start? Ioannis was absolutely amazing! Helped with everything. Couldn’t ask for a better host! His place is stunning, modern and with a lovely balcony ideal to spend chill evenings at. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in Athens because the location is truly great. Two minute walk to Lidl and like two minutes more to get to train station with two lines of trains. There are lovely and affordable restaurants in walkable distance. Truly everything you could ever want out of a AirBnb.

Nice apartment, quiet area, a little far from downtown but with very easy access to everywhere by public transport. Everything is impeccable in the place, with everything you need to be well and comfortable, everything for cleaning, equipped kitchen, laundry, air conditioning. Excellent place and above all Georgia was very attentive and willing to help and respond very quickly to our questions and requirements. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. 100% recommended

great place in very good location

This place was perfect for us as a Family. We loved the specialty coffee places and cute restaurants with fair prices in close walking distance. We also enjoyed Athen nights on the beautiful terrace. Although we added two person more in short time notice, this was not a problem.

Unreal. The most amazing place that we’ve had the chance to stay in absolutely loved it. It’s literally breathtaking and the hot tub with the view is a vibe. The view from this apartment may even be better than a lot of the best rooftop bars in Athens. Gina was awesome ❤️ She’s extremely helpful, kind, and she made an already awesome stay even better with her welcoming personality. Not enough great things can be said about this place we loved our stay I would highly recommend the place to everyone.

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

we loved our stay here. modern and clean, and plenty of space for 2 people! tons of good restaurants right around the corner. walking distance to metro and so many other things. it is 3 flights of stairs up, but the view of the acropolis is worth it!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!
