And we are a 20-min walk to Sillé beach (swimming, mini golf, sailing, tree climbing, pedal boats, pony) Located along the GR36, 30 minutes from Le Mans!! Welcome to our home!!!

Come and taste the French art of living in an 18th century property, a historical monument, as charming outside as inside and located in the old town. You can enjoy a beautiful park with large terraces, backed by the hillside. You will find garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and games. Only the bells of the Cathedral, and again, and the singing of the birds will disturb the calm of the place.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Le Petit Vessery, house in our yard for 4 people

Le Petit Vessery is the ideal place to stay quietly close to Le Mans and 20 minutes from the city center or the circuit. Equipped for 6 beds you will live in a beautiful restored longhouse with a spacious dining room, kitchenette and upstairs 2 large bedrooms under the old beams and bathroom. This characterful house is attached to our residence and shares its courtyard, its green and relaxing garden. The private car park is enclosed, closed by a gate.

Small charming house in the heart of Perche, ideally located in the heart of nature not overlooked, 5 km from Mortagne au Perche and less than 2 hours from Paris. A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
