Apartment holiday rentals in La Chapelle, Paris

I been 6 nights at Adrien's place and I could not wish for another place in Paris. the apartment will leave you with room to explore the city in a Parisienne local style. the location is very good, with 2 metro stations that will take you whatever you want, including disneyland and versailles. A supermarket right below the apartment and a bakery behind it makes it everything super easy. there is an Auchan at 10mins walk and a shopping mall not so far too. AC was superb since was 36°C outside. Adrien is very helpful and friendly host. he have recommendations for the city and keep us updated regarding the city activities. highly recommend!

I loved the location. Very safe. Outside the building there is lots of things to do. It is an area full of life. Children playing. Adults in their bikes and having a good time. Inside the building it is quiet and it is easy to get some rest. Easy to access Metro stations. Lots of bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. Francois was easily accessible and very helpful. The studio fits the description.

Super verblijf gehad in het appartement van Victor. Op een leuke en centrale plek in Parijs. We hebben vrienden opgezocht die in Montmartre wonen, maar ook andere delen van Parijs verkend. Victor is een erg behulpzame host en deelt allerlei handige informatie vooraf. Instructies voor ophalen sleutel en binnenkomen appartement ook erg duidelijk. Daarnaast is Victor super vriendelijk. Wij zouden het iedereen aanbevelen!

My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

Melanie to dobry gospodarz, apartament bardzo ładny, zgodny z opisem i ze zdjęciami. wszystko co potrzebne w tym apartamencie się znajdowało: pralka i kapsułki do prania, zmywarka i tabletki do niej, wyposażenie kuchni pełne, ze można swobodnie gotować, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka, a na nudę nawet gry planszowe. Instrukcje dotarcia na miejsce, jasne i klarowne, weszliśmy bez problemu. Jest również taras na którym można poczytać książkę czy wybić poranną kawę. Kontakt z Melanie doskonały. W okolicy targi rupieci, jeśli ktoś lubi, może wyszukać tam perełki. do metra 13 spacerem 15 minut. w okolicy kawiarnie, puby i piekarnie. serdecznie polecam 🙂

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Beautiful apartment - super tasteful furnishings and I loved the plants. Theo was also really responsive and helpful. It was really hot when we were staying, but there was a fan which helped at night. Would recommend.

Eine sehr tolle und gemütliche Unterkunft mit viel Platz für mehrere Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und der Blick in die Ferne aus dem 12. Stock einzigartig. Wir haben immer gut und ruhig geschlafen. Marielle und Hugo sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt aber in einer super coolen Gegend (Fussdistanz zum tollen Bassin de la Vilette mit vielen Restaurants und Bars oder auch zum tollen Park Butte Chaumont). Die Metrostation ist gleich ums Eck. Würde ich definitiv empfehlen, ein toller Fund!!

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ein toller Blick aus dem Appartement. Wir waren das erste Mal in Paris und daher war es für uns sehr wichtig und hilfreich, dass der Gastgeber sehr schnell kommuniziert hat. Er hat auch während des Aufenthalts gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ganz toll. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Marais und in Zoes Appartement! Zoe war als Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber, absolut charmant und liegt perfekt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mitten im wunderschönen Marais umgeben von tollen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Läden. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mourad and Laura's place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable and in such a great location! they gave us recommendations for local places to eat. Check in and checkout was very easy and they were very responsive hosts. We look forward to staying another time. We highly recommend it!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

Nous avons passé une soirée d’anniversaire inoubliable dans cet appartement rooftop absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, les hôtes ont été incroyablement réactifs, amicaux et à l’écoute : chaque question a reçu une réponse quasi immédiate. Tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour : un manuel d'utilisation clair et complet, une cuisine fonctionnelle avec lave-vaisselle ! Une grande table conviviale, des lits sont très confortables et des ventilateurs dans chaque chambre, idéal avec la chaleur, les espaces bien aménagés, et la terrasse tient toutes ses promesses ! Plusieurs assises permettent de créer différentes ambiances, et le jacuzzi est juste exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour une soirée réussie entre amis. Nous avions prévu d'aller à la fête de la musique mais... on a préféré rester là ! C’est dire si l’endroit était parfait… En résumé : un lieu unique, bien équipé, et parfaitement adapté à un moment festif. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
