Apartment holiday rentals in La Chapelle, Paris

This was possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a TON. The location was great. The charming decor and impeccable cleanliness were next level. The apartment felt lived in and cared for in a unique way. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable including the small day bed in the living room. The neighbors were friendly and there were even several cats in the shared courtyard! The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We had an issue with the fridge and they made sure to get it fixed before we returned from our days activities. The only thing to consider before booking would be the bath. The pictures make it seem like the shower head can be hung on the wall but it couldn’t. There is no shower curtain so it took us a couple tries to get the hang of showering without spraying water all over. Also the bathtub is very deep which might be a mobility challenge. Even so, we will be booking again next time we visit Paris if we can!

Apartment looks like the photos, feels young and modern with everything updated. Espresso machine, strong wifi, washer, dishwasher. No elevator though in case you need one (not a problem for me) If you like being in a hip neighborhood like Bastille, then this place is great. so much around. The apartment had a great dining table i used for a work space and amazing windows looking onto the main street. Comfortable bed, could use some new fluffier pillows and could use some closet space, just had no where to put my stuff but I made do. Great place, would stay again for sure!

We had the best time here. Such a cool flat and Alexandra is really a great Host. Absolutely recommended, if you are visiting Paris!

Very good stay at Emma's, whom I met when I arrived. Pantin is not a tourist area, but the proximity of La Villette, metro 5 which is just 100 m away and the many restaurants and shops make this Airbnb a good address. The accommodation itself is quite large, tastefully decorated. It is quiet and the bedding is good quality. I really appreciated the little touches when I arrived. Communication with Victor was great.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sara's place. Everything from the space to the decor to the location was absolutely perfect. Pictures do not do it justice as I wish I could literally live here everyday. It's a gem in the neighborhood and I would absolutely choose here again whenever I come back to Paris. Don't walk, run to this booking! Sara was super helpful with all of my questions about the space and the city. She gave us recommendations for local activities and was helpful with travel questions. Overall, had a wonderful stay!

The apartment was perfect, spotless and everything we needed. Also seemed bigger. Loved the patio area for sitting out. 5 minute walk to the metro station which was 2 stops from central Paris. We also visited stad de France, which was a close walk. Ness is a fantastic host, responded to messages promptly, and provided clear instructions for getting to the apartment, such a lovely person! 😊 thanks again Ness for a fabulous stay x

a lovely little apartment in a quiet neighborhood. An easy metro ride away from the main sites of Paris. Very private. We loved the amenities. It was really well thought out with everything we needed. Very flexible check in and check out times which was incredible! The bed was quite small.

The host was extremely nice and let us store our bags after the stay. Not a bad location and a grocery store next door.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' welcome was extraordinary. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. We therefore went for a walk and on our return, our two suitcases of more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

It was clean and I was able to stay very comfortably! The owner was also very kind. I would like to use it again!

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Everything was perfect. First of all Mathieu was a great host he welcomed us and helped with the check in he also gave us amazing travelling tips. Place was very clean and ıt was on a very good location and beautiful neighbourhood. It was a great stay thank you for everything

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

Maria is a very kind host. Everything was perfect. Thank you for keeping Bread butter and Jam, it was helpful because supermarkets were closed on Sunday. Easy recommendation 🙂

The accommodation is very nice and carefully arranged, about 10 minutes from the metro. Small nice terrace. Just a slight downside for our arrival with our vehicle, where we had trouble getting into the underground parking, very very tight in height and width... beware of Vito-type vehicles 😉 The 2nd bed (1 place) being an inflatable mattress, it can possibly be uncomfortable for long stays... but we stayed 3 nights and it was perfect for our daughter for this short time. We recommend and will not hesitate to return to stay with Laurent

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

Boris was very helpful. The apartment is super decorated and clean. You have everything you need. The location is very nice, quiet and new. We also liked that you can park very easily and then avoid the stairs at the entrance. Very clear recommendation. If we come back to Paris, we would definitely rent the apartment again. The swimming pool is also very nice but not for children under 150 cm tall. If someone thinks the price is too high, it's really worth it. Thank you Boris for your support and your effort!

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
