Superb location in the middle of the old town. 1 minute walk from main canal, 2 mins to the best restaurants and bars, 3 mins from the lakeside. The host was always very responsive and so helpful!

Very good stay in a beautiful region, very beautiful accommodation, ideal for a good stay, everything is perfect in this accommodation and especially the air conditioning in this hot period, all shops nearby on foot.

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

We had a great time! The view is absolutely sublime and relaxing, access to the balcony is from all rooms, it's really convenient and pleasant! The accommodation, although aging, is impeccable and quite functional. Our host was very welcoming and recommended activities around. We recommend it!

We will gladly return to Pascal's accommodation. It was clean, functional and looked like the description given. The only downside, which was not for my husband, is the road to get to the accommodation. These are mountain roads and being sick in the car I am not a fan. But the view makes you forget everything. I highly recommend this listing! In addition, Pascal is a friendly and responsive host.

Cozy cottage, mountain spirit assured with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, it lacked nothing.t. all. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, accompanied by small gifts. The cottage was well heated, clean, impeccable bedding, bathroom the same, open kitchen, functional, well-equipped. I would recommend this cottage located in a charming little village. Thanks to the owner.

I stayed with 2 children at Valentino's house for 2 nights The house is wonderful. Much nicer than the photos. As soon as you enter, you are pleasantly impressed by the scent of clean, tidiness, and cleanliness The house is very spacious , bright, super equipped, quiet, with all comforts for a stay even of several days and a great view Valentino was an attentive, caring and very kind host We'll keep this place in mind for the future The kids reluctantly left this little house and had so much fun The place also has several super-equipped playgrounds nearby, markets, cafes, restaurants, in short, and in a good location despite not being in the Town center but this makes it unique

Our stay at Cyril's went very well. The apartment matches the photos, a great view of the mountain and Lake Avoriaz, quiet. Good to know: a little walking from the parking lot to get to the apartment (100% pedestrian station). Small downside however for the clic clac, the mattress has lived a little. That said, we had a nice week of family vacation.

I would this property. Great location, with the ski bus every 30min or on foot in 15min, you are at the foot of the slopes. Superb views of the slopes. Cossy listing, as described. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Caledonia and her husband are lovely people and they helped me in many ways. Let me use their garden when friends came, gave me cherries from the tree and even gave me a lift by car twice without my having asked them for it. Outstanding people!

Great stay at Maryline's! The accommodation was perfectly as described, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The welcome was warm and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this accommodation and I will not hesitate to come back during my next visit to Aix-les-Bains.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily.
