In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Located between Perche and the Normandy coast, 2 hours from Paris, this pretty home welcomes you for short and long stays. Fans of old stones, shimmering nature and evenings by the fireplace will find their happiness there… The capacity is three people. The house consists of a living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, kettle, etc.), a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms (one single and one double).

Close to the Aigle, this very pretty 19th century farm, with the typical architecture of the Pays d'Ouche, was completely renovated more than 30 years ago to become a real small rural manor. It is a remarkable site in a serene environment, conducive to rest and moments with family or friends. A stone's throw from the village bakery, this property is organized around a flowery courtyard and within a pretty wooded park.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.

The small home offers you a bedroom on the ground floor, a fitted and equipped kitchen and two bedrooms upstairs. The street is peaceful. A pond with a playground is 600 m away on foot. All shops are a two minute walk away. (bakery, grocery store, charcuterie, butcher, restaurant, florist and pharmacy ) The VILLERON barn is 500 m on foot.
