Apartment holiday rentals in La Floresta

Laia ist eine gute und entspannte Gastgeberin, wir hatten genug Platz im Haus und auch draußen konnte man es sich gemütlich machen. Bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Da wir mit 3 Paaren dort waren war es uns wichtig in etwa Gleichwertige Schlafzimmer zu haben , und auch 2 Bäder mit Dusche. Baulich bedingt war eine Dusche klein und schmal , aber auch das ist in Ordnung.

Great location and terrace! We arrived at 3:30 p.m. with check-in scheduled for 4 p.m., and as it turned out, our room was cleaned later than 4 p.m. Other than that, everything was perfect! They also accurately arranged a cab for us after check-out!!

Really a beautiful flat to stay in! Patio with the view of la sagrada familia is stunning. Nicely shaded so really lovely to be out there even in the afternoon. Kitchen was quite simple, no hot pads, very minimal cooking equipment. Location close to transit to easily get around the city. Lots of food options nearby. The flat was quiet. AC worked great.

Very wonderful flat, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. We lived with a child everything was very nice. The flat is in a very good area where there are shops and shopping centres nearby. Inyaki is an amazing person, if anything he will solve any problem. Highly recommended ☺️

Wir waren sehr glücklich, es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr leckerem Frühstück. Sehr freundliche und sympathische Gastgeber! Auch die Wanderung zum Strand haben wir genossen. Eine Wohlfühloase! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartamento come in descrizione dotato di tutto e soprattutto il bagno grande. Collegato molto bene alla metro se si vuole andare al mare o in centro , nella strada di ritorno dalla metro troverete una panetteria dove fare colazione con delle ottime brioche e panini freschi e croccanti .

Loved staying here. Natalia was a really lovely host. Took me out for dinner on the first night, which was really lovely after a big day of travel. The space was comfortable and v private. I loved the area, quiet and gives you a really different (calm!) perspective on Barcelona - while still being close by via train. Free parking around and easy to drive into the city and other areas. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Leider gibt es keinen Ofen, Toaster, oder grundlegende Gewürze. Die Lage war zwar sehr schön aber ziemlich bergig und abseits.

I want to express that Ana Maria was the best host I could ever have hoped for. Caring, informative, and very familiar. The apartment is conveniently located around anything you need, including major malls, restaurants, supermarkets, and steps away from the metro. The apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable for the three of us. Without a doubt, I will come back.

We loved Barcelona. The apartment was spacious and clean. Had many amenities and was very comfortable. Close to the metro and away from the crowds. Highly recommend!!

We had a great four days in Barcelona, in part because of an excellent place to stay. Very well located, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Neighborhood was full of great restaurants and shops, only blocks from Sagrada Familia. Appreciated having lockers for our luggage due to early arrival and later departure, front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

Rosi was an amazing host, I have 0 negatives about this Airbnb! Rosi made checkin seamless, with a great intro to Barcelona and even left us some drinks and snacks to enjoy. The Airbnb had everything we needed, Netflix, reliable aircon in every room, lots of clean linen and essentials such as shampoo, body wash, coffee etc. Rosi made herself available throughout the whole stay and responded quickly to any queries. She was also able to accommodate our late checkout. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough if you’re thinking of going to Barcelona, the regular metro service to the city centre makes it a suitable place to stay.

숙소가 캄누 구장과 도보 20분 거리에 있고 지하철과는 5분 거리에 있습니다. 지하철로 25분에서 55분 사이에 바르샤 시내 곳곳으로 갈 수 있습니다. 버스 정거장은 3분 거리에 있습니다. 앞 건물이 공사 중이고 옆에 어린이 놀이 시설이 있으나 방음이 잘 되어 조용히 지낼 수 있습니다. 이 지역에는 관광객은 많지 않은 현지인 거주지라 생각하시면 되겠습니다. 평수는 한국 신축 apt. 기준으로 25-28평 사이 크기이고 3명이 자기 좋습니다. 일행이 4명이면 1명은 소파 침대에 자면 되는데 불편하실 거예요. 욕실 및 화장실은 하나입니다. Host는 응답이 빠르고 친절합니다. 그리고 아파트 설명이 잘 구비되어 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 단 청소비 가격이 높은데 넓은 공간이니 당연히 지불하실 비용이라 생각하시면 이해됩니다. 청소 상태가 무척 좋습니다. 조금 빠른 check in 및 조금 늦은 check out도 제공 받을 수 있으며, 짐 보관 서비스도 제공 받을 수 있습니다. 전부 무상으로요. 집처럼 편안히 지낼 수 있었으므로 다시 이용하고 싶을 정도로 만족합니다. 이곳에 check in하시면 먼저 현관문 안쪽에 마련된 아파트 사용 설명서를 읽어 보시기를 추천드립니다. Martin und Ewa sind wahnsinnig nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit und kümmern sich um alles sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber und vor allem das Frühstück oder Glas Wein am Abend auf einer der liebevoll mit Pflanzen gestalteten Balkone ist ein Highlight! Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und in der Wohnung sind sogar Strandtücher und ein Schirm für den Strand vorhanden. Rundum ein super Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment.

Alejandro’s flat is exactly as pictured. Very clean & comfortable accommodations. Air conditioning was so appreciated, since it was quite warm in June when we visited. Being so close to the metro was also key for our family of 4 getting to & from Barcelona’s main attractions and neighborhoods. The grocery store in the complex is so nice, as was the pastry shop, where we grabbed chilled water and a few snacks the day of our arrival. Alejandro was always responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s flat.

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

Sehr gute Lage (20 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand); viele nette Restaurants in der Umgebung; Metro-Station in der Nähe. Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Roger war sehr flexibel und hat uns viele sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

We used Alberto’s place as a base for attending the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix. It was perfect for our trip, pristinely clean we could not have asked for more. Looks exactly like the photo’s. The coffee pods, milk and water were a thoughtful touch, much appreciated as we arrived late. Well recommended to anyone👍

First of all, I'd like to mention Laura as a great, friendly, and always responsive host who is willing to help at any moment during your stay. The apartment is cozy, very clean, and located near both the beach and the train station. It's a perfect choice for those who enjoy quiet surroundings and are willing to drive 20 minutes to Sitges or about an hour to Barcelona.

Alex's place is perfectly located right in the heart of Main Street literally at your doorstep are bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. We really enjoyed the convenience and vibrant atmosphere. Alex is a fantastic host who made sure everything was just right for our stay. He’s clearly thought through all the essential amenities a guest might need; kudos to him for that!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beatriz and Susana's elegant apartment overlooking the iconic Paseo Gracia! It was very conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Not only that, but the apartment itself was very clean and organized offering everything we needed. Would love to stay again in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!
