The accommodation is ideally located, close to shops, market, beach. It is quiet and very well equipped. Philippe the owner is kind and welcomed me with a gourmet welcome gift. This was my second time renting this place and I'm still so satisfied!

I had a pleasant stay with my 2 15-year-old boys at Arnaud's. This cozy little nest is easy to find in the heart of the Rochalian city and everything is within easy reach ( restaurant, shop, beach , monuments). It is quiet, sunny and there is all the comforts you want.Arnaud, even offered to leave at the time we want what made us happy. No hesitation, it no longer matches its description in all.

Nice accommodation for two with a nice terrace, appreciated for breakfasts in particular. Fully functional, and cozy decoration.

This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent and very close to the beach. The house is as described and the host was very responsive and accommodating.

Glad to have stayed in the Green cottage, very nice setting, the cottage itself was as described, very functional little house, and our dog was delighted with the outside offered! Bram was flexible to check out and we appreciate it! I will be back, I would recommend!

Alexis's accommodation is very nice and perfect for a large group, everyone finds their place. The only downside is the annex, where you have to go through one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom. The accommodation is over-equipped, which is rare. The outdoor spaces are very nice. Shops are 5 minutes away. Vehicle parking is a little further away. Everything about it is excellent

We had a great time in Loix. Patrick's place is spacious, bright and very well equipped. Everything is close by, we did everything on foot or by bike. Recommended.

Audrey's accommodation was perfect for our stay, we easily looked after ourselves. The accommodation is located on a cul-de-sac and therefore no noise. The apartment is very nice and welcoming for animals. I recommend it.

we had a great weekend with friends at Jean-Michel's place. Great house with a great garden and great outdoor space to eat a bbq. There are even games for the kids who loved it. I highly recommend this place.

Great stay as a whole family at Jocelyne's villa. the house is spacious, very well equipped (especially cooking utensils) with a great garden in which children can have fun. The beach is just behind the house. It's a popular surfing spot. Attention for teletraveilleurs, internet is available and reliable but really not fast and it seems difficult to rely on mobile operators to compensate.

Great stay at this large house by the beach. The upper room is hot (just provide a mask for sleeping because the sun is up early but frankly not inconvenient with this view..!) Very well equipped kitchen, large galandage bay to enjoy the outdoors even from the living room... The market can be reached in 5 min by bike, the supermarkets 15 min by car. The downstairs bedrooms are in a row for the most part but all have access from an outdoor bay leading to a covered terrace so not an inconvenience. Unbeatable value for money in everything we've seen on Oléron or Ile de Ré.

Excellent stay spent in this small, very nice accommodation and in a great location for walking around. We'll be back without hesitation!

We enjoyed the time in La Rochelle, while the preparation was not perfect like toilet paper and towels. The area is quiet and wonderful, particularly Rue Sardinerie (a lovely name) has a corner where restraunts stood and we also wathced a live concert on the street.

we had a great time we try to have zero carbon for our stays and this has been done 10 min walk from the train station, 15 min from the port and boats many buses and coaches Annick welcomed us very well, and even accompanied us to the train station to avoid having to drag our suitcases in the heat The apartment is very nice, bright with everything you need, we also enjoyed the terrace. we recommend this place Brigitte

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

We had a lovely stay at Anne's. The apartment met our expectations. Our arrival and departure, we were flexible. The accommodation is quiet and is located in the city center, you can do everything on foot and not hang the car. We are very happy with this listing.
