The apartment is new, spacious and tastefully furnished. The terraces make it an exceptional property. Pergola with jacuzzi at the Top. The parking lot with 2 spaces and an electric terminal is a real plus. Astrid and her family are welcoming and accommodating. I recommend it!

Very nice hosting by Anita. Accommodation matches the photos and description. Very well-equipped. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, at the same time easy to access (walking, bus, bike) All shops nearby. Great stay at Anita's.

We stayed at the place for a week, everything was compliant. The place is nice and overlooks the courtyard which makes it quiet. The location of the apartment is ideal: close to the bus area and 10min walk to all amenities of La Rochelle. When it comes to communication, they are responsive and it was nice to communicate. It's a pleasure to have stayed here to see the city and Île de Ré again!

What a pleasure! The apartment is perfect, very functional, conveniently located, everything is done on foot. And lots of special touches upon arrival! But beyond the apartment, what we remembered was Sandrine's kindness, her welcome, her smile! She does everything to make the stay enjoyable, with her small or even very big touches. Hervé is a very kind and friendly host, his daughter who welcomed us was also very smiling and welcoming. Idyllic environment, close enough to shops and the old port, easy to access. Bike available near the apartment. The apartment was perfect, very clean with everything you need. If we return to La Rochelle, it would be a pleasure to choose this Airbnb again! Recommended!

Despite some hiccups with the concierge agency, they were able to recover and correct everything in a short time while remaining very professional. The jacuzzi was great, the products made available make it possible to settle in very well. In short, it's a very good accommodation that smells new and clean. Very good stay!

Accommodation in the city center that allows access to all the shops needed for a pleasant stay. Karima has tastefully equipped her home. We had everything we needed. I would recommend it in a second.

We loved our holiday in La Bois Plage and Alison’s house was the perfect place as our base. What a beautiful home, the swimming pool was fantastic & we used it multiple times per day. We hired bikes and cycled all over Il de Re but La Bois felt like home very quickly. Alison is very responsive & Axelle, the local host, is great as well. Hope we get a chance to return. Super cute little apartment, ideal alone or for 2 and decorated with great taste! You feel very good from the moment you enter and Patricia's welcome is super warm. Small detail but the bathroom could be refreshed but is quite functional. Great location to be quiet at the gates in re while being next to the center with small restaurants, shops and markets. We really recommend this nice little apartment!

A beautiful place to stay, with everything you could possibly need. Totally peaceful, private and spotlessly clean home in a lovely little village. A few great restaurants and both an excellent French deli and boulangerie are just a few mins walk away. Catherine kindly arranged self-check-in for us as our train arrived later than the allocated time and it was incredibly easy. Would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We had a great Christmas week in this warm and tidy house. Everything is practical and efficient. Lots of taste and charm in this house. Communication with our hosts went very well! The house is in a good location. Close to essential shops and not only, doctor and bike rental too and at the same time on a quiet street! The house is well equipped and clean. The Jacuzzi is exceptional! Spacious and clean and set in a good spot. Everything was superb to rediscover this island dear to our heart. Don't hesitate!

Very nice apartment with very large and very nice terrace. Well-equipped and quiet. Christian is friendly and available as needed. We had a lovely stay, we recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Kim and François's. The location is ideal for shopping, pedestrian streets and the port. On the other hand, for Minimes beach you have to take the car, it's 15 minutes away. The apartment is very well-equipped, and very well decorated, it's very nice, you feel at home. Thank you Kim and François.

We particularly appreciated the listing as described and in a great location. Thanks to the private parking space, we left the car and were able to do everything on foot. The bus stop at the foot of the residence is an undeniable plus. A big thank you for your hospitality, I highly recommend you and I would not hesitate to rent your accommodation again if I had to come back to La Rochelle.
